Ryan/Jon # 18: Why can't we cap our dreams?

It's from Rio season opener. Calleigh was left in charge of the lab when H went to rio. I read somewhere that Togo did a woody allen impression and I don't really know much about woody so for the life of me I had no clue where it was. My only thought was it was that part because he kind of changed his voice a little when he said it. does anyone know if that's a woody allen saying or if that's what woody's voice sounds like?

 

I know WHO woody allen is but not much more than that. So I'm not help there!
Best place to look is Google. Google is a good friend. you Rarely not find what you're looking for.

I really wish more jonathan togo picture would pop up aside from the 4 photoshoots and everything. We know there has to be Outtakes and everything. thats when i wish i had an actual gettyimage account....

 

What he did with his voice is typically how Woody Allen sounds. Yes I'll admit I love Woody's movies.

I was happy hen Togo did that, nice touch that he knows the pioneers in film and televison.

I run like a few fan sites, well 2 but i help out with other fansites, but it would be sweet if we made something for Jonathan, like a scrap book. what will be included in that who knows right now. if anyone is willing to participate I can pull something together then we can mail it to him...

Anyway, I watched the commercial (in true late comer form). Good stuff. I laughed out loud when the first guy came up and took the towel off. What an awkward shoot that must have been...

Raising Caine is still waiting to be watched on my DVR, but it sounds like a bummer, Ryan-wise.

 

I was watching several season 4 episodes this weekend (avoiding housework!) which have some great quotes. I like the one in Nailed to Calleigh: "You ever pushed aside the dinner plates to get some?" Loved her little smirk after that one too.

A couple good ones in Silencer talking about Ryan looking like Jake Gyllenhaal:

Ryan: "Actually, it's Gyllenhaal. Yeah, he's a movie star so.."
Eric: "So that's why you wear your moviestar jackets?"
Ryan: "Actually, it's in the eyes, I get it all the time, A-Rod"
Eric: "You get it in the eyes all the time?"


And then his smart aleck response to the guy at the pharmaceutical company who told him that he needs to be wearing a labcoat:

"Oh. No I don't".

I'm going to have to look for the one with the Woody Allen impression, because I don't remember that one.

Who else has watched Jon Togo's commentary for Death Eminent on the season 5 DVD? That is SO funny. He was being so sarcastic that most of the time I couldn't tell if he was being serious or not.

 

Yeah I actually have one of his bands cd's hehehehe. I love Petty man. I like a lot of the songs on the cd and the two dudes that went on to make the Bravery redid one of the songs on the cd. My son had their cd playin in the car one day and I nearly wrecked when I heard it. I have to say I like the way the conquistdors did it more then the Bravery.

I do have that picture but I think it's basically the same size. I'll have to take a look in a bit and see but it is him drinking something. NOPE mine is the same size ;(

I did watch that commentary and it was too funny. I liked him talking about how all the kids they get on the show are taller than him, poor shortie.. and when they brought up Eric Szmanda and he said something like that was his safe zone from that talk.

 

I haven't seen one of the band's CD, but I'd love to hear it if I can find it.

I still haven't gotten the Season 5 dvd's. I had no idea that he'd done a commentary, but I definitely look forward to hearing it.

Yes the commentary is a feature that you can turn on and off on the S5 DVDs.

The cd is called What's up fireball and a freind of mine got it for me. NO it's not in stores! When I moved I seemed to have misplaced the damn cd, so much for putting it in a safe place. BUT I do still have a burnt copy of it that my friend made me before she found me a copy. It also has a few other songs of theirs on it. The cd I got was used and in it there was a card from a bar that I'm guessing they played at and it had Sam's cell number on it. I'm guessing it was Sam from the band, Kewl!!!

TOgo doesn't sing on it but there are times that in a few somgs I think I heard him screaming. OH yeah he was the screamer of the band I read. Little fact I know... Petty man was written by Togo's pal that did those Casted Vids

i think jon should start a band where he sings, or is like the secondary singer... that would be sweet!

I was on this one site like a month back, and someone was talking about how they were from the same town that hew grew up and that they drive past his parents house all the time, they were going to post the address but half of us said don't we don't want that address getting into the wrong hands. i mean you just dont go posting around his parents address... like thats kind of weird. Anyone else agree?

 

No I haven't tried the number I figured it's not his anymore seeing that was like over 10 yrs ago. I didn't loose that card though, strange.

I think Togo and Justin should put a band together. All of them are musical. They both sing, play guitar and they have other friends like JOnah that is into music. I thnk they would rock!!

OK Yeah that's just creepy that someone would put his parents addy on a site, friggin psychos. I'm sure there are peeps out there that would go looking for it. I'm thinking of one that got banned from here that is just totally a stalker of his. The person that lives in his town must be 10 yrs old or just an idiot.
