Ratings for Killer Moves

The good news... They still won the hour!

The bad news...
On CBS, Survivor matched last week’s premiere’s 2.4 adults 18-49 rating. Criminal Minds garnered a 2.6 up 18 percent from last week's 2.2 adults 18-49 rating. CSI notched a 1.7 down 15 percent from a 2.0 for its most recent episode.

Ratings for Kitty

CBS’ planted, cyber crime-y CSI spin-off pilot on Wednesday night drew 10 million total viewers and a 1.8 rating, rising 10 percent and a tenth from the procedural’s last fresh outing.

Nothing all that spectacular - they've had higher this season. But it was about average for "CSI".

Ratings for Dead in his Tracks

But first, the good news — which CBS lays sole claim to. Survivor (with 9.8 million total viewers and a 2.4 demo rating) and Part 1 of Criminal Minds‘ season finale (10.4 mil/2.3) each added a few eyeballs plus a tenth in the demo, while CSI‘s season ender/Paul Guilfoyle’s final episode (9.9 mil/1.9) grew two tenths in the demo.

CSI (9.7 mil/1.4) fell 30 percent from its previous premiere (which aired on a Wednesday) and was off two tenths from The Mentalist‘s year-ago opener (9.7 mil/1.6).

Let's see next couple of weeks. For the moment it's not bad as it leads in ratings and does not lose in demo.
Generally shows like Revenge are down through the weeks. CSI could be up !

Let's wait the final ratings tomorrow too.

It's hard to interpret or compare ratings when they've moved to a tricky night like Sunday, the episode is delayed, and it's up against a big game like Saints/Cowboys. CSI has had lower viewer numbers, but 1.4/4 is a series low in the 18-49 demo. I'm curious to see how it fares over the course of the season...

CSI adjusted down to 9.36 mil viewers/1.3 demo in the finals. There was little competition and only a 15 min delay. Face it: CSI had a cushy spot behind compatible lead in Criminal Minds. But it's an aged, expensive show that needs to stand on its own. And if it can't, well...
I'm sure CBS would love to preserve the franchise, so I'm curious as to how Cyber will do. Patricia Arquette and the cast are a big draw for me. I enjoyed Medium.

Ratings for Buzz Kill

CBS’ numbers, which are tentative due to some football overrun, currently stand as follows: Madam Secretary (12.2 mil/1.7, up 21 percent); The Good Wife (10.5 mil/1.4, ticking up a tenth); and CSI (7.8 mil/1.3, down 17 percent in audience but steady in the demo).

Personally I spent more time trying to keep myself from falling asleep than actually watching "CSI". There is no way I can handle too many 10:30 - 11:30 episodes!
