I'd never heard of "Make hay while the sun shines", "a pen is mightier than the sword" and "All that glitters is not gold." Are they American sayings?
i've never heard the first one either, but the other two are also said in germany so i would say they're not only american sayings ;)

Ok, about both spelling and proverbs, I considered them not easy for me, as I am 13 and from a country where english is not the mother language, and I though, before making them that I would have bad results, like 2 or 3...
But, I got 8/10 in both, which left me so surprised  Never expected it, for serious.
I must say that I guessed some in the Proverbs quiz, but not really in the spelling one. I just tryed to follow some logic anyway. So I am happy with it (must be a lucky day :p) By the way, just two of those proverbs are said in portuguese, I think, at least that I remember

The Murders: 5/10
Episode Titles 7/10
Movie Quotes 8/10 ( I guessed on the most)
Fact or Fiction II 7/10 (I didn't even read the questions  )

Proverbs 5/10

Hasn't been here for over a week...so there are some things to do. :D

Proverbs 9/10

Missed the pen is mightier than the sword. I've heard it before, but not recently.
