Photoshop CS Help Thread

Right I've been trying to do animations, in PS CS3, I've got the basic ideas right but my animations look a little weird, I'll show you:

any advice on how to improve these please?

considering you're just learning and starting to make them i think it looks pretty great. my only advice would be to maybe add a few more frames to make the transitions a bit more consitant, and a little less choppy. other than that i think it looks great, the speed seems to be ok and i like how you framed it., so it fades a bit.

Thanks .The thing is I'm using premade screencaps and I'm unsure of how to make my own caps, any ideas Ash?
