OUCH!!! The worst sports injuries you have ever seen

haha one time at a middle school featherweight wrestling division a big tough dad got up and started going at the guy who was wrestling his son. He like chucked the kid into the air and stuff it was crazy.
 
Saw John Valentin of the Boston Red Sox blow out his knee. Moved to his left to get a ground ball and down he went. Never played a full season after it and he's retired now.

One of my friends, who is a goalie for indoor hockey (PN: Not on ice! I live where there is no snow.) and she got three of her ribs cracked. One of the girls from the toehr team kicked her after she lunged for the ball. It was a mixture of hockey stick and foot, majorly ouch!
