Well... where is my dictionary??? Where??? :lol:

Okay... we have many options here... I already got an idea... but that was before I listened to the song :guffaw: It's country and the sound of the song definitly doesn't fit with what I had in mind, if that makes sense :wtf:

What now??? I don't know... I guess I'm much too young to feel this damn old :guffaw:

Hi All,

I'm going to try to participate in the next challenge, but may not be able to. It's end of semester at school, and between term papers and preparing the final exam, I doubt I'll get to a story. What can you do?

Question: Would a crossover (ie borrowing characters not from CSI/the CSI universe) be permitted?

I don't see why not. :) As long as Nick is still the main character, which is one of the guidelines.

I work on mine today :D I hope it turns out the way I want it :)

I was just about to ask that myself, Nickyfan! :) Remember, the stories are due this Saturday!

I finally started one today. I'm not exactly sure where I'm going with it yet, but hopefully it will pan out.

Mine needs typing out.

Another question: I have a second idea for a story; if I can get THAT to pan out, could I submit both and let you pick which one actually goes up? (I'm assuming that I can't actually have both put up and I know already that there's no way I can pick which one's the better story!)

Well, I do have to get the second idea to pan out - and just at the moment, I have a reticent former Roman Emperor about to be eviscerated by an extremely pissed of Mossad officer (err, don't ask), so that's by no means certain!

I am done. With an hour to spare (I think)

Of course, it's also 4am here and I now have to figure out if I'm going to bother with the whole "sleep" thing...but I'm done. That counts for something. Right? :wtf:
