"He's right, don't hurt yourself more...we'll get him." Mac said to Hawkes. "Just stay calm, okay? Flack, did you hear that? Sounds like our old pal Shane wasn't through with Hawkes just yet. I'm going to have to get on the line to the station, find out what happened, and why I wasn't notified."

Horatio stood up straight, and started chasing the suspect, ignoring his bleeding arm for a few moments. He followed him for a while, until he lost him in the woods behind the park. By now he was becoming weak from the blood loss and the excruciating pain that was emmiting from his arm. He reached at his belt, grabbing his cell phone. His hand went over the buttons until he finished dialing the Ryan's cell phone number.
Horatio stood up straight, and started chasing the suspect, ignoring his bleeding arm for a few moments. He followed him for a while, until he lost him in the woods behind the park. Ryan asks Greg where Delko is but before he can answer Ryan's cell rings. He looks at the caller id," wait I have to take this." He says to Greg then flips his phone up to his ear," hey H this is Wolfe, got anything for me?" He says unaware of what has happen to him.

"Well, how does a gunshot victim sound? The second shooter of the convention decided to pay me a visit at the lab. I'm shot in the arm. I'm fully conscious and I don't fell tired, but I don't know how long that's going to last. I chased the guy all the way from the lab to the park. He got away."

Ryan pushes the cell phone up to his ear closer thinking he didn't hear him correctly," what? Did you say you saw the shooter and chased him and he shot you in the arm?" Ryan covers his other ear," you’re at the park down from the lab? I'll be there in 5 minutes Horatio. Hold on and ...just hold on I'll call for medics and backup." He slams his cell shut looking at Greg," get Delko tell him that H has been shot by the other shooter here. I'm heading to H now.” He flips his cell open dialing for help," this is csi Wolfe I need medic and back up at the park down from the crime lab my lieutenant has been shot. Get medics ASAP." The drive over is the craziest driving he's ever done and makes it there before the medics do. He jumps out of his car seeing H sitting on a bench talking to a few patrol officers. He runs up to him," H, are you ok? I called for medics, they should be here soon."

He was supporting his arm with his left hand.

Ryan rubs his face," H don't worry about the convention investigation, there are 3 teams of csi's working on this case. Right now you need to just worry about yourself. That arm doesn't look good." He turns around," finally that medics are getting here. Now H don't worry I got the news to Delko and I'll go tell Calleigh right now what happened." Ryan bends down to him leaning in close to him," did you get a description of him, do you know who the shooter is?"

"No, I didn't get a good look at him. He was dressed in all black with a ski mask on. He was a little shorter than me, about 5'9". He was carrying a .22 caliber. That's about all I have. You'll probably be able to find some foot prints around the HQ building. He was in the back when I was met with his gun in my face."
The paramedics were surrounding Horatio, now, as he annoyingly tried to swat them away, trying to explain that he just needed something for the pain. He also wanted them to know that he was absolutely not going to the hospital with the gunman on the loose. He wanted to hang around and protect his team. He finally agreed to sit in the back of an ambulance while the medical team removed the bullet from his arm and cleaned him up. He sat there, wincing at all of the appropriate times, as they carefully dug the piece of metal out. They then put his left arm in a sling wrapping around his shoulder and neck.
"Ryan, send this with one of the uniforms to Calleigh, maybe it'll be a match to the bullet casings that were found at the convention."

I'll call you to let you know when one of the other guys gets here," he said, standing slowly. He had to give one of the cops his statement. Horatio dreaded the time when IAB found out about the officer involved shooting. Stetler was going to be all over this one. He sighed as he began to explain what happened to an oversized cop named Wally.

Okay guys some clarifications before you continue playing:
*About the RP rules: some of you aren't following them and it's making me mad at you guys. I really wanna let you have fun on your RP but i feel honestly hurt when i see that some of you don't even give a damn of what i'm saying.
The "five minutes between each post" and the "three lines minimum" are REAL RULES not suggestions: you all have to follow them, ALL of you (included you DC ). The RP is supposed to be fun so when it's going bad , fun is gone.
About the 3 lines minimum: just put yourself on situation: you wanna post something fun to make your story moving and so you read the last post which was "Ryan said: Calm down guys"....???????How are you supposed to work with that? Your post should give some material to work for those who will post after you. Always put yourself in situation before posting.
BTW your posts are suppose to make some sense, read before posting please.
About the 5 minutes between each post rule: well you know that rule was created in order to prevent spamming but also to prevent the "We-are-all-posting-at-the-same-time" issue. If ALL of you were following that rule, this issue shouldn't even exist (well i admit it can happen time to time ) You've been playing this RP for a long time now, so you know approximately who will post at which time of the day.
Again, the se are RULES which mean that if you don't follow them, i can give you an OFFICIAL WARNING and you guys know that after three official warnings , you'd be banned of the board. Just imagine, being bad for a game, isn't that stupid?? SO FOLLOW THE RULES. Game is synonym of fun but where is the fun when everyone is posting what they want when they want? At this point it's not fun, it's DISASTER.
*About the RP itself: God what is happening here? I don't understand what is going on your RP? Who was murderer (in case they should investigate)? And the most important question WHERE THE SCENE TAKES PLACE? there is no indication of place, nothing. It made the RP all blurry and now i get why some people don't even know how to use their characters since they don't even know what is going on!
What is the Mantra of your RP? (yeah i use the word "mantra" cause it's something you should remind yourself everytime you make a post). Since your the instigator of the RP Detective Curtis, i wanna see on your next post the answers to my question on bold character.
One more thing that making me mad is when you blame someone for something you are doing yourself, so before yelling, blaming or whatever, ask yourself if you aren't doing the same thing too.
Guys, if you really appreciate the RP and respect me as a member and also as your mod, you will:
-on your next post, say that you read and understand what i said
- follow the rules before i kick you out of the RP, DEFINETLY.
Fanfiction was created for fanfics ONLY but we opened it to RPG cause well it's on some way , kind of creation. When i had to deal with the RPG issue last summer, i said i will take care of it while everyone was telling me to shut all RPGs. I said you guys were smart and nice , and that you will follow the rules...Now show me i wasn't wrong, show me i can trust you(again).
