Unfortunately, she comes off as whiny. Somehow, Sharona seemed to avoid that.

Did you see the latest Monk episode? They were in a Las Vegas casino (no Delinda, Ed, Mary, Danny, Nessa), with a murder (no Gris, Catherine, Brass, Warrick, Sara). They already had an episode in New York City. Where do they go next... Miami?

That would be so funny. Monk in Miami. I love Monk, he is so funny.

I really thought that the M in the casino name looked just like the M in Montecito.. but anyways, great ep. must have been a crazy bachelorparty too

I felt really sorry for Monk when he choked himself, but I was laughing when he was trying to talk. Lol, that was a good episode.

It was a good episode. I wonder if the Casino owner will come back later, kinda like Dale the Whale. He did sound pretty sure of himself when he said he wouldn't be in jail long...i did love Monk's "I wouldn't bet on it" come back. The vote is still out on the Monk/Natalie interaction. In theory I like her, but i'm kinda apprehensive about how he not only depends on her, but also identifies with her...is it me or is Monk slightly less neurotic this season? I'm not sure I like it. lol

I like Nat, as to identifing with her actually thats suppost to be there, both of them lost someone they loved deeply, but part of the problem is he see's "Sharona" in her single mom with a child.

I thought it was bad storyline when they had sharona move to jersey to re-marry her ex husband, i mean how many times did they bring this guy back and she kick him out because he was scheming for something.
Then basically from one ep to the next she not only does that but its not even seen, nice farwell to Bitsy on that one.
Course USA isn't playing nice either, see Bitty, Jason and Ted all asked for raises and the network wouldn't really negotate with them, so they held out, suddenly they find their filming an ep without any of the 3 in there, so they drop it and gee their back on set ready to go, except for bitty who suddenly is let go, both sides citing creative moves.

Tony is a great actor, and funny as heck, but you know something, this show wouldn't be the same with out Ted (Captain) and Jason (Disher), and of course Monks sidekick, They give the show the boost it needs imo.

As to the not so neruotic, from the commerical advertisements of monk, it goes something like this.
"All new episodes of monk will show us all new obsessions <cut to monk> Monk: I don't...Think so"

<straight from the USA MONK FAQ: >
The current theme song is "It's a Jungle Out There" by Randy Newman, while the theme song from Season 1 was "Monk Main Title Theme" by Jeff Beal.
Songs For Theme you can listen or see the lyrics here.

I do enjoy what I've seen of Natalie, but I think I live in fear of what they could possibly do. (i'm thinking this says more about my psyche than the actual writing of the show) I do get the losing somebody somebody and Natalie does understand Monk in ways Sharona couldn't. The handling of Sharona's leaving was quite poor storyline-wise. I mean, come on, are we to believe the character we knew would actually get back with him?
True, the promo does indicate new phobias and we've got the birth process and dirt (although not really new), oh, and places....
I love Tony as Monk, but I also love the rest of the cast. They add so much! Ted and Jason are great actors, as is Bitty. It's a shame that the network doesn't value them as they should. Monk wouldn't be as great without them. (and Monk's character literally couldn't survive without them)

GO MONK GO! *sorry the excitement got a way from me* ;) :D

Since the new season started up again, I love that I can come off of my CSI Thursday excitement (and the release of the anticipation leading up to the episode) and know that I get Monk 24 hours later. :)

Tonights ep rocked, i loved the Slow motion with the gernade only monk would automatically think to put it in the refridge.

If Disher were my bodyguard i would hurt myself, lmfao

But i thought Nat's confession about her husband not being the hero was very well done.

And who can believe that next week is the Season Finale, geez i hate the way they break this up, its like on for so much then leave a tiny bit to tease you. grrr. :D

LOL....not only in the fridge, but the the egg container - classic! Loved it! I'm totally bummed about the season finale, I'm getting into Natalie. :( We can only hope the next season begins soon!
But Randy in the shades?!? How funny!
I also enjoyed the return of Monk's magazine aranging nemesis Krenshaw. Hmm....makes me note that we haven't seen much of Monk in Kroger's office since the epidsodes started back up.
