MISC LIMS 1 Challenge 2 Red "Horror" Voting!
Voting Rules: (Please read)
~ Absolutely anyone may vote! You don't have to be an 'expert'
~ Vote for the Top 2 of least quality, and the Top 2 of best quality.
~ Votes for least quality Must have a reason, or they will not be counted. Reasons for best quality are strongly encouraged
(the following examples may have been "borrowed" from other sources)
Good Examples:
34: Text is oddly placed
50: Icon is over sharpened
62: Image is too blurry
Poor Examples:
96: I don't like the colour (personal preference)
52: Tiny text/decorative brushes are unreadable (it's supposed to be that way)
* Be more biased when it comes to saying an image is too red or the red is too overpowering (since that is what this theme is supposed to be going on) and since that's the theme for this challenge. But if you think the is too red that it renders the quality you can still vote. I hope I make sense, but I think the normal 'the image is too red ... too much saturation' votes should be better thought of in spite of the theme!!

12- I like the crop, the text content itself and the choice to switch fonts, as well as the use of red, but his face is too dark and it just doesn't look like a lot was done with the coloring. Also, the first font doesn't seem to fit.
2- I like the border and coloring, but the font dominates and clashes a bit, and the subject looks over-sharpened.

17- I love the coloring on this, as well as the way you used a texture to bring out the background.
4- I love the coloring and crop. The coloring not only looks good, but it seems to bring out the dark and creepy factor and lets that speak for itself.

I've edited my post, if any of you have voted and would like to change, you can do so. Sorry I didn't put it in to begin with. It's the way I feel of the challenge since 'red' is the theme, but I do understand that what one person likes in an icon others won't, everyone has different tastes.

Wait a minute, I'm confused. The post with the icons says top 2 of least quality, but everyone is voting for 3 of least quality. Until I know for sure, I'm just gonna do two since that's what it says.

5: the red at the bottom looks painted on, but not blended at all.
7: the image looks like it was just cropped and text added.

1: i really like the concept and use of color and technique on this one. It's a bit grainy, but that gives it a cool comic book look.

01 - Ok I know that it's a horror challenge, but the little child on this one gives me the creep. The coloring is very weird (really don't understand the Hulk hand) and yeah it's definetly too blurry.
02 - the coloring is quite good, but I think you used quite a bad font for this icon and the face is oversharepened
