You should google wallpapers and your phone in the same search to find out the resolution of the wallpapers themselves. I think what you listed here are the dimensions of the actual phone. For example, you should see a size like 128x169 pixels.
It's fine! I'd be happy to try making one or two for you. Is there a certain colour theme you would like best? Since cellphones have coloured menus.. it's nice if they match the wallpaper.
