Melinda Clarke/Lady Heather: The Dominatrix

I'd love to see Lady Heather on NY. She's sure shake up Mac Taylor. OOO their interaction would be so hot, almost as hot as her and Grissom.

Also, I would like to see Heather as a person, no victim or suspect. Although I love her and Grissom together, I think she needs an episode or storyline where is is truly independant.

I love watching NY but .... Heather and Mac? I don't know?
I would love to see Melinda's character hook up with a guy her real age, you know she's 39 so....around 39-40.
It dissappointed me when they hook her up with 2 older men on the OC. and WP isn't exactly 40-something. Don't get me wrong I love LHG!!!:drool:
Honestly seeing her with Chuck was smoking hott!!! A young cute guy.

ITA, I would to see Heather as a person too. NO strings attach. Just being herself. :)

Hey guys :)
Just a little over a week before we see the return of Lady Heather!

And since the countdown has begun for Mr. Grissom's departure, I'm soooo thrilled they included Lady Heather.
How can they not include her???

I got my fingers crossed its going to be a sweet episode.

*patiently waiting for Lady Heather's return*

I can't wait for the episode too and in two days we will have a preview for the episode.
I really hope it will be a good episode and with a good closure for the Lady Heather's character. :)

Thanks kaylyne she looks gorgeous.
Can't wait to see her tonight. :D

So, how would you feel if Heather were to fly to NY and meet Mac Taylor???

Just a crazy thought going through my head :wtf:

Thanks Kaylyne. I can't have access to the CSI magazine, so thanks, really !

I learn a lot when reading the article.

And I'am glad that Willliam Petersen and Melinda Clarke get along with each other.

Cool article. I always liked Melinda Clarke and Lady Heather, there was just something about her character. She is a very interesting actress, very mysterious. I would love to watch other works of hers. Anyone feel like they're trying to copy her on CSI: Miami with Lucy Lawless??

Thank you so much for the article Kaylyne  It's very interesting.
Melinda was great, again, in the episode. But I think we didn't see her that much . I'm just a little frustrated that there is no really ending about Lady Heather nor the episode. But maybe it's better that way, that keeps the mystery about her.

They are so good together

I expected some closure, but we didn't get that. I wonder what that means for Heather, the character.

When I first watched the end of the episode, I was sure H's and G's "night together" was platonic. But now it's available on my cable's On Demand and I keep looking at their scenes together, especially the last few seconds; there seems to such a longing on both of their faces that now I'm thinking maybe not so platonic. We can only hope...:adore:

24 hours has gone by, so I can't edit.

I've looked at the epi again, did a reality check, and will now contradict myself. I'm going back to my original "platonic" view. But I think what I took for longing on Heather's face is something else. She will not deny Grissom her presence because he asked her to stay. But I think she puts his pain above the pain she knows is in store for her when he goes back to Sara. Which is, of course, where this storyline is heading. Heather cares enough about Grissom to let him go, but I'm sure she recognizes his future with Sara will be a rocky one. But, unlike Sara, she will not play childish emotional blackmail games with him; she's got too much sense and too much maturity for that. She'll just be there if and when he needs her. Sad that Grissom is too stubborn to see where his future should lie. :( :(

Re: Melinda Clarke/Lady Heather: The Dominatrix

Okay it is that time again to remind folks about the ship discussion rule, something we do to refresh the regular members and help out the newest ones to. Now before anyone says, well why are you posting this in here and not in other threads, its the roundup and therefore this will be posted in all actor/actress/character threads.

So here is how it goes, any and all ship discussions should be done in the respective threads in the Shipper Central forum, the only time that any ship discussion should be discussed in the LV forum is when it pertains to a specific episode, in which case it would go into either said episode discussion thread or the lab. Causal mention of a ship is fine as long as it is not used to dominate a discussion as there are some folks who are not shippers, or some who ship different characters. If you need to make a small point using a part of scene from a ship moment that is fine but again do not let it dominate, if it pushes the limit then we will not hesitate to remind you of the rule.

The one strict rule that the board has and one in which we will halt is the shipping of real life actors/actresses of the show this is not allowed and will not be tolerated. Shipping characters is one thing, but what happens in the actors/actresses real life is off limits unless it is something that they acknowledge via media (ie interviews, etc) and then we ask that it not be expanded upon but kept to that which is made public.

We thank you for taking the time to read this, and appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Oops, sorry Destiny; my bad. Forgot this wasn't the episode thread and only LH/MC talk allowed.

As stated above for discussion threads, as long as the discussion of a ship is used to make a point in your thoughts, but does not go further into what would be normally discussed in SC. Such as
"I loved how Lady Heather and Grissoms relationship has come to the point of mutual understanding and that they are honest, while I might like them together it is hard friendship vs relationship and destroying it could be worse" vs "OMG they are so sleeping together I know it, how could they not be".
That is just an example of what is meant, as long as it is causally discussed as a point used in your post not a problem, but if you go further then we will let you know when it should be taken to the other forum. ;)

This reminder is in every thread only to serve as a reminder to new folks who might get overwhelmed about where to discuss things, and also to remind folks who are not new, or are semi new. Again if it is pushing it we will let folks know. ;)
