I have a LH question. Anyone own Season 3 of CSI?

Does it have commentary on Lady Heather's Box?

Yes Hh it does. I got my fingers crossed that TGTBaTD will have one too. Those commentary are very interesting to listen too.

Now my two-cents on all her episodes. :D

Slaves of Las Vegas: Season 2

Our first encounter with the sexy Dominatrix that rattled Grissom.
Of course, Gil was fascinated from the start. As soon as she open her Dominion door Grissom was checking her out from head-to-toe. I think she caught him off guard.
With an open mind, he had no problem with her unique lifestyle. Neither did I. That whole Goth-look is pretty cool. Reading people and not afraid to ask Grissom about his sex life, wow!
Having afternoon tea, and flirting with each other made me fall in love with this sexy pair.

Rating: Overall this is my Third choice out of the 4 LH episodes. Actually the second and third choice were hard to choose. The second storyline was ok.

Lady Heather's Box: Season 3

I still wished this ep was 2 hours long. Come on 90 mins long? That is just wrong! What were they thinking, 90 minutes?
Anyway.....unlike the first episode, we actually get to see part of the Dominion as well as her employees at work. Very interesting.
My All-time favorite moment occurs in this episode. I'm pretty sure you know what part I'm talking about.
I must have seen Grissom losing his balance a million times. The sound of his sexy voice, how he gently touches her face. Ooooh mercy!!! The Best Moment Ever on CSI in my humble opinion.
Thank God for the WPAP and the LHB dailies. Rehearsing that "Losing my balance moment" is priceless. I only wish the final scene where they touch foreheads made the cut. You hear someone say "Wow!" My exact thoughts! Thank you WPAP!
To this day the controversy on whether Grissom slept with Lady Heather still fills the air, doesn't it?
Two mysterious character and one mysterious night, I say YES!! Her expression the next day says it all while having tea.
Too bad Grissom blew it big time. Do you blame her for being so pissed off at him? Yeah, Gil was an total ass.
Why couldn't he explain to her that she's officially a suspect due to her insulin?
In the end, he sits all alone inside his car outside her home.

Rating: Overall this is My Number One Choice out of the 4 LH episodes. Plus, I really enjoyed the second storyline with Cat/Eddie and Lindsay.

Pirates Of The Third Reich: Season 6

We had to wait patiently for 3 years before her return.
I was so damn excited too. Not to mention the fact the Grissom had the very sexy beard. Keep in mind, he didn't have the beard in the first 2 episodes and I totally love his beard.
Unlike the other 2 episodes, we got to see the other side of Heather Kessler, the grieving mother.
It was obvious Heather and Gil hadn't seen each other in quite some time. Their first encounter seemed was a bit awkward.
This isn't how I wanted to meet Zoe Kessler.
What I loved about this ep, is how Heather and Gil got along during the interrogation and in the parking lot. When she handed him the condom, he didn't judge her. He didn't want to blow it a second time. Thank goodness.
If it wasn't for Heather, would they have caught Sneller? Hmmm I don't know.
Had Grissom not found the necklace, would he have stopped Heather? Again, I don't know.
Which brings us to the best part of the episode..... the ending.
The word "Stop" showed us the close relationship Heather and Gil had in the past. I'm talking very close.
Embracing her the way he did just showed us how much he cared and still cares. What a sweet, sweet moment.

This photo is one of my all-time favorite.

Rating: Overall this is my Fourth choice out of the 4 LH episodes. A very dark and disturbing episode. Great screencaps though.

The Good, the Bad and the Dominatrix: Season 7

Have you noticed that Lady Heather came in back-to-back season?
The whole "Old West" theme was cool. Loved that ideal.
Seeing the sexy Lady-in-Red made my night. Wow! Whenever I see an old western movie on TV, I think of Melinda in her dress. Doesn't matter what she wears, she just one hell of a sexy woman.
When she attempts suicide, that totally caught me off guard. God, I never saw that coming.
I know some fans were disappointed in this episode but not me. No way. Unlike some fans, I just don't see her as a Dominatrix. She's much more than just that.
If her character never returns, I've found closure with Lady Heather. Her business closed down. The familiar music in the hospital. Grissom just being there for her and staying the night at the Dominion. Something we saw in LHB.
Finding the granddaughter is what we LH fans wanted so badly and thankfully TPTB heard us. We also got a treat....we are introduced to Jerome Kessler. Now I'm curious about the man. Really curious.
I can see Heather Kessler moving on, perhaps a return in Season 8. Something I would love to see very much as long as she's not involved with another murder. Even just a couple of seconds with Grissom works for me. His home, her home makes no difference.
So what was the Best part about TGTBaTD?
The Ending my friends. The ending.
You know Grissom wasn't going to just walk out of her life. Hell no. He cares way too much.
I know she wasn't happy and in the mood to talk. Imagine losing your only child and then losing your rights to visit your only grandchild, how would you feel?
Thankfully Grissom put all the pieces together and talked Jerome into letting Heather see Alison. With a big smile on his face, we know their friendship will never go away. Never.

Rating: This episode was my Second choice out of the 4 LH episodes. Even though the second storyline totally sucked, it still ranks number 2. It brought closure for me. Had Heather been killed off, I would have been so pissed. They could have ruined a great character. Luckily it didn't happen due to script changes. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Re: Melinda Clarke/Lady Heather: The Dominatrix

If TPTB decide to kill off Sara, Grissom will be in a pretty dark place...if that happens, I hope we get some LH, returning the favor, being a friend to Grissom and helping through it.

I still think Brass treats Heather the way he does because of his hateful bitch of a daughter. He's not going to reach out to Heather, because his daughter never listened. So he's going to try some tough love. He doesn't hate Heather, he hates what she does, and probably doesn't want to see her on the autopsy table. And I don't think he was angry because she got out of jail after whipping the dude who killed her daughter. I mean, come on, this is the guy who wants to drip bleach on the mini killer to get her to talk. Brass is a father figure to all, and some times you have to tell your children to pull their head out of their a$$ and get some help. He failed with his own daughter, life has beat him down, and maybe he sees things a little clearer now.

Re: Melinda Clarke/Lady Heather: The Dominatrix

dirtylabrat --nice name :)

I think you are right about Brass and the way he treated Heather. At first I was really pissed but after watching the episode again and reading some more insights, I think you are right. He is usually 'off the cuff' about these kinds of things and doens't hold anything back. He didn't with Heather and now we know why.

Thanks WPRMW for the info. I'll get S3 now. :D

And I do love the first two LH episodes but the last one is #3 for me too. I really didn't like Pirates of the Third Reich all that much. Too many storylines and not enough resolution and not just with LH.

Re: Melinda Clarke/Lady Heather: The Dominatrix

Wow, I didnt know there was a LH thread. I have got to say lady H Rocks my Socks. I love the character, she is so unique ,independent, and in control.
When I herd LH was coming back for tGtBatD I was sooooo happy.

I have to agree that PotTR was my east favorite LH episode, at the time I was LH/Grissom shipper and the episode was a letdown, it also was sad and depressing episode for heather.

Used to watch the OC as well, Melinda is a wonderful actress.

Re: Melinda Clarke/Lady Heather: The Dominatrix

^^^ great caps Chocolate bunnys cute name too :D

Yeah, Pirates was a little to 'out there' for me. It touched on a whole bunch of stuff with no real resolution

I'm glad we got to see her again.

I have only seen I think one episode of The OC

What? they almost killed LH off?!?!? how dare they?
i really hope she's back in season 8, she and grissom would make an interesting pair. and i agree that PotTR was the worst of the 4 episodes. Anyone have any inside info on a possible LH return? has melinda made any comments?

Re: Melinda Clarke/Lady Heather: The Dominatrix

Melinda is going to do a new show in the fall called The Man

and Slaves of Las Vegas is airing May 29th on SpikeTV

Re: Melinda Clarke/Lady Heather: The Dominatrix

I just read in this week In Touch. That Melinda Clark is reprising here role as Lady Heather on CSI next Season.

Re: Melinda Clarke/Lady Heather: The Dominatrix

YAY! glad to hear melinda will be back!! if sara survives, it will be great to see the tension she creates. and if sara dies...well then lady heather will be there to console grissom and get him through the hard time. either way, its a win-win situation!! :)

I agree that he doesn't care much for her profession as a Dominatrix and that he's a father figure. But....I believe is has to do with connections to the LVPD. Remember Brass did say it was going to take some time to find a judge. Who knows how many clients Heather had at the LVPD?
Only after she explains her reason for what she did, he finally understood and told her to get some help. I still think he was out of line at the hospital.

We'll have to patiently wait and I do have my fingers crossed she will be back. Even if it's a brief second, I'd be happy. Probably not as the Dom, but as Heather Kessler. I would love to see her with her granddaughter Alison. That would be soooo sweet! :p

I love the character of Lady Heather and Melinda Clarke is not only talented but very charming as well. But Istill can't see her as old enough to have a daughter in her 20's much less a grandchild, unless she was 15 or 16 when she gave birth. Sorry, just a little nit-pick there.

Re: Melinda Clarke/Lady Heather: The Dominatrix

so unique ,independent, and in control...

And it broke my heart to see her reduced to being suicidal Heather Kesslar! :(

Re: Melinda Clarke/Lady Heather: The Dominatrix

She is a very beautiful grandmother :D

These days you don't have to be 50-something to be a grandma. Sadly girls are getting younger and having babies. :(
OT: My cousin will be 39 this fall and her oldest daughter is in college. So it's real to me. She's not looking forward to being a grandmother though.

Re: Melinda Clarke/Lady Heather: The Dominatrix

Well, FYI, while standing in the supermarket line today, I was browsing through "IN TOUCH" magazine, and they've got a pic. of Melinda Clarke,[small pic., and it looked like Julie] and below it, it says "she'll be making a reprisal return on CSI, next season" are you are all thrilled :D that's all it said!

Re: Melinda Clarke/Lady Heather: The Dominatrix

I would love to see Melinda come back as long as they don't kill her character off.

If T_TB want to get personal, then I would love to know more about her ex-husband Jerome.

Of course her granddaughter too. :D

In the mean time, I'll wait until they officially make the announcement that she is coming back. :)
