So there is an ADORABLE interview with Marg, Robert David Hall, & Eric Szmanda (is that how you spell his last name? I can't say it OR spell it, so forgive me Eric & all you hardcore Eric/Greg fans ;p) on Margamania. It's from TV Guide and it's dated April 3, 2009. It's from the 200th Episode party...not much is said, necessarily, but there is some very cute footage of Marg cutting the cake and she and Billy lovin' it up ;)

^ I loved how she went "YAY ACTORS". That was so cute.

Oh it was unecissarily cute! LOL Marg is SO amazing....

So I was talking to my bestie the other day, & we were talking about the story Marg told on Letterman about Hughie coming home, bringing his buddies, and how they all threw up on the skylight...I LOVE how she had the boys go up and clean it all up...I just laughed out loud and grinned and went "Marg, if there was EVER a time I loved you, it's NOW!" she's SUCH a REAL woman...a REAL mom...like she's not just some posh celebrity that said "Oh, and the nanny came in and said "Oh Marg dear, there's vomit on the skylight, shall I call the cleaners?" type thing, she's a REAL WOMAN and a REAL MOM. I LOOOOOOOOOVE YOU Marg! You are such a HUGE, GINORMOUS inspiration and there IS hope for the celebrity world out there!

I really wish she'd get on and read this...If I ever meet that awesome woman, I'll tell her to.

It also shows that she's just a regular mom with a regular teenager. It seems to me that Hughie was taking advantage of his mother's trust in him, as he was drinking while under the age limit. It also is interesting that Hughie comes home to stay with his mom now instead of his dad.

I think that speculation is going a little too far....and she never said who drank, if anyone did. All she said was someone or someones threw up on her skylight...I think Hughie is a good kid, has a bright future and a good head on his shoulders and a big love for his mom.
And maybe Alan went on vacation that week- choosing one parents' home for break over the other doesn't mean anything, it feeds rumors and speculation.

As great as she was on Letterman, I really don't think Dave is the funniest host. Sometimes his jokes rather have me roll my eyes. lol. Regis & Kelly aren't my favorite, either, but the bit on the Early Show where they gave her a cake was really cute.

I wish she was on either Conan or Ferguson, though. Both hosts are awesome. Oh and maybe Ellen. :)

Gaaah I wish she would go on Ellen for a 3rd time. The show is so different now, what with all the guests dancing with her when they come out, which they hadn't started doing when she was last on. I'd love to see her dancing with Ellen.

But my all time favorite talk show interviews of hers are always done with Craig Ferguson. That guy is just too funny, and she fires right back. Love it.

OMG Marg dancing with Ellen would be HYSTERICAL! You know she'd SO get into it....they'd have to prolong the dance time just for Marg :p
Maaaaarg go on Ellen's show!

There. I whined it. Now make it come true.

I LOVE how she's the only person (that I know of) who calls Letterman "David" ;) I love that about her too.

Ha, Eri, you know everytime you see a picture of Marg you pack your bags and head south to Chestertown.

Seriously, if there's anyone on here who hasn't already visited, which I doubt there is, you really should. It's the most beautiful scenery...

Seriously. I've actually lived in Chestertown. It's incredibly beautiful - also to the south of it ;-)

I have yet to see her last visit on Letterman, but I'm certainly looking forward to it. I too would love to see her on Ellen. And something completely different. I would love to see a feature article about her - about being a Hollywood mom, dealing with fans and the Internet, what effect it has to be on a certain show for a long period of time, and which she dream of doing acting wise. Does she dream about acting on stage? Blockbuster movies? Independent movies?

^ That's awesome! Nice to know that it's actually a nice place. :D

I remember she said in her recent L.A. Times interview that she finds the internet really helpful at times, but she doesn't go to celebrity or CSI sites because of all the negative stuff people write. Personally I think the's quite smart. But that's just me.

I'd really love to see her dance with Ellen. That would be epicly awesome!

Dancing with Ellen would be epic. Her dancing on Wayne Brady was also epic.

I usually don't mind her too much with Letterman, but his boner joke was really bad timing this time. When Wayne did it ages ago, it was funny, but now the context makes it less funny.

I'd also like to see her on the Bonnie Hunt show.
