Mac/Stella #14 - Cause you can't fight the inevitable!

I think after Hawkes left that scene, Mac and Stella were sort of hinting at their fight. I just really wish they would make up ON SCREEN. 'Course I'm still hoping for the day when they will just frickin' kiss for like the last minute of the show. That'd be hot. Especially if it was after a fight like this.

Well, say they are secretly seeing each other, I think it would give it away if they declined Sid's request. So really they had to play along. Kind of like Chandler and Monica (I always make Friends connections). They had to pretend that they weren't together. Now, unfortunately their measures were much more drastic than our favorite pair's would be. Though I loved The One With Ross's Sandwich. I bet I'm going to get off topic so I'll hit send...

Now Sid unintentionally did foil their plans, I guess we were all expecting Mac to say "Actually, Stella and I....."

Hopefully next episode Stella and Mac will ask Angell and Flack out for a beer in the end of the day, when everyone is safe and sound. After all, you know, it will be a stressfull day for everyone. Flack and Angell will be in some trouble and Mac will be upset, and Stella will try to console him... they will sure need a beer to relax in the end of that day.

There were little scenes where I thought that Mac and Stella would address their fight, especially when they were speaking with each other alone. However, nothing ended up happening. I think this episode was supposed to focus on Hawkes' story but the episode closed quite different. If Sid wasn't there, I'm sure they would've said something like "let's forget about that fight," or "you know I care about you..."

Yeah we all need to see a kiss at least at the end of the episode one day! I agree with you Lori K. and DetHiggins

I like the idea of Mac having a photo of Stella in his wallet, and I bet he does have one. I'm certain he has framed pics of her too, and she has ones of him. The pics are probably of them together, love the idea of Mac having that photo of Stella in uniform from RND though, and who knows, maybe she has one of him in his Marines uniform.

I hope there is Smacked in the next eppy too. Mac and Stella and Flack and Angell going for a beer would be wonderful.

If Mac's upset about Flack, I'm sure it'll be Stella who he talks to and who calms him down. She's the only one who can!

I just saw 'Page Turner' for the first time, and I love how Stella calms Mac down. First of all when he says they have to get Sid out of the room and to a hospital, she looks into his eyes and gently tells him they should wait to work out the radiation levels, and then when Sid collapses and Mac goes to run in to him, she calls out 'Mac!' and gently grabs his arm!:adore:

Love the way they look at each other, and the way Mac takes a step closer to her when Hawkes says people who have had contact with the body will need to be checked for radiation, and she says to Mac 'that means you and me!' I thought for a sec when he stepped towards her he was going to hug her or touch her face or hand to reassure her. Maybe he was, but he didn't 'cause Hawkes was there and also Sid was in danger.

I watched Page Turner yesterday aswell, well I've seen it before, but it's always nice to watch it again. There were some cute Smacked moments in that ep. I was happy that they worked together for the whole ep. But like you pointed out MacsLady, we had lots of little cute looks and scenes between them. I loved the scene when they were going to the library, they were walking down the street together, it was so cute, they looked like a couple. :adore: I'm hoping for more cute little scenes like that over the rest of the season.

I love those walk and talk conversations they have, even if it's just about a case. I also think they looked like a couple in one scene when they were standing together and wearing their radiation suits. They both looked strange in the suits, but it was cute 'cause they looked strange together.:adore: And it was great to see them working together, they were barely together last ep! Though that had some really nice moments too.
I loved how Stella supported Mac when Flack was getting upset about the possibility that a cop had accidentally killed that girl. Mac was saying he wasn't drawing any conclusions till they had all the evidence, and Stella said it wasn't their job to tell Flack what he wanted to hear.

Bonjour Family! I'm trying out some French. Hopefully soon I can say some relevant things, but I can order in TWO languages now.

I'm just thinking about in ...Comes Around (my first ever NY episode where I paid attention), Mac was with She Who Must Not Be Named, but I saw nothing between them. Mac and Stella looked so couple like at the end with that cute little conversation about making a difference. That was the moment I shipped Mac and Stella. They had the chemistry. Mac kissing She Who Must Not Be Named's hand was just so forced and so unlike him IMHO.

Then in Snow Day when Mac pulled Stella back so she didn't get killed, I was like *drool*. I was so mad at She Who Must Not Be Named for almost getting him killed. (Wait, is Peyton the Virus or She Who Must Not Be Named because I can go either. I just started calling her the latter recently.) Anyway, just thought I'd say that...

I agree with you MacsLady, I love it when we get to see them together, like you said, they always look like a couple... Hehe, in everything they do, they even argue like a couple... :adore: Oh and also like you said, I love how Stella stuck up for him, that was so sweet. I love how they always back eachother up, when they know they're right, and how they're not afraid to challenge one and other when they're wrong, they have a great relationship.

Anyway. If Mac has a pic of Stella from her days at the academy, then I would not be surprised if Stella has a pic of Mac as a marine. Actually, she can look at it whenever she wants! It's in his office. And he. is. smokin'.:drool::drool: Gary Sinise in a marine uniform.:devil: *melts* I think there was a glimpse of it in the last episode. I was like "OMG, mom. He looks HOT!" "sickness".
Its been nice not having to have ALL D/L, it seems to have "cooled off" abit. I have a feeling there will be more great shows like last week. I am glad they are having indvidaul stories for all the team. I loved Kira and I hope she and Hawkes get together again she is just a doll. Looking forward to Flacks big story next week. You know Mac and Stella will be there for him as Flack was for Mac when he was in the hot seat. And down the road a big story for Adam! I think the writing has been exceptional this season, but for five stars we need some SMAC comfirmation!

In an ep of Family Guy, Chris was off to join the army, and Lois (the mom) said that Marines are 'the guys you wanna *beep*'. Would have been hilarious if Stella had said something along those lines to the fireman!:lol: Or to the skanky tattoo guy in last night's ep!
I bet she loves the fact that Mac's a Marine as much as he loves the fact she's Greek.:drool:
They both looked really good last night too, except for in the suits when they looked good but a bit weird.

Maybe Stella has a pic of Mac both in her wallet and at her bedside...you know the first thing she sees in the morning and the last thing she sees when she goes to bed or vice versa.

I bet if Stella had her way, she'd had Mac wear his Marine uniform all of the time... Hehe, now that's something I'd love to see... I'd love to see a scene between them when Mac had to go to some kind of celebration of his marine days, and had to wear his uniform, it would be cute to see Stella fixing his uniform making sure everything was perfect before he went, it would be such an adorable coupley scene... Then she'd tell him he looked very handsome, and kiss him on the cheek... *Day dreams* Man that would be sooo adorable. :adore:

And you know what makes it even cooler? Is that Gary narrates all of those Army commercials. I don't think he narrates the Marine ones, but if he could he would. Gary is so Awesome. Whenever he goes over to Iraq he talks to every soldier like he is his best friend. They love him! But who wouldn't?:thumbsup:

And Adorable_Crazy That would be the sweetest thing next to puppies! Aw! He would get all blushing but thankful and she would get so teary eyed and we would get all google-eyed... okay, I think my pain medication is getting to my head.
