Mac #8: hot man on the radar

I've been trying to think up some new Mac thread titles, here's what I have so far:

Mac #9: Semper Fi
Mac #9: He's an Oatmeal person (talkingtocactus, I think this was originally your idea, but I love it. Hope you don't mind me re-submitting it).
Mac #9: 8433 is our number
(or just Mac #9: 8433)
Mac #9: Pure hotness.
Mac #9: New York's Hottest Detective


That's all I can think of for now.

Oh, those are all pretty good...if I had to pick, it'd be a toss-up between 'Mac #9: Semper Fi' and 'Mac #9: 8433 is our number'. I'd say I can't believe we're on our 9th thread...but I kinda can :lol:

Here's one I thought of for this thread after the voting was closed. So, I'm gonna suggest it for #9. Mac #9: He's Hotter Than Fire Itself.

I haven't had a chance to think of any titles cause of all these entering exams! Hmm maybe I'll get some bright ideas during the weekend!

May I suggest my personal favorite: Mac Taylor: Class Act!?
I like all of the suggested ideas, but I personally feel that Gary and his character "Mac" are both Class Acts. They conduct their lives both on and off screen with dignity, honor, professionalism, and respect! I can't wait to see Gary on Memorial Day in D.C.

Very nice one! I agree all that you've said. Indeed there's connection between character and actor himself.

I got an title idea myself at night!

Mac#9: "U speak with U'r eyes" Got the idea from s3 episode.

I have a block with my thoughts...damned allergy! Have to think of more later. :lol:

With help from GOOGLE I found the names of all but 2 of the previous Mac threads. And here they are:

Since #4 was Sexy When Wet, I withdraw Sexy When Wet from consideration. How about a replacement suggestion?
I count the CSI: Miami season 2 episode MIA/NYC non-stop a CSI: NY episode. How about a Mac Taylor line from it?

Mac #9: Detective Mac Taylor. Crime scene unit, first grade

Oh yeah. Here's a good one from the season 5 and 100th episode My Name Is Mac Taylor.

It comes from this conversation between Flack and Stella:
Flack: 'I've got my Mac on this morning'
Stella: 'Is that like Spidey sense?'
Flack: It's *way* more powerful'

Great scene. I think the second title 'Get Your Mac On Here' both connects to that scene, and also reflects on how this is a place where people can get their Mac fix.

GENIUS!!!!! This one has my vote all the way! I have to admit, I may be able to write pages and pages about Mac, but I'm hopeless when it comes to titles... So i'm ever so grateful for all the ideas you guys have come up since i last had time to poke my head in here (damn work...!!!!).

So, to organize a bit, do we want to start listing our favs so the mods know which choices to put in the new thread/poll? I mean, by all means new ones can certainly be suggested, but I am going to put my top 10 into a bit more of a voting list for when the new thread opens.
