Tex---> You said Friday and i thought it was THIS Friday:lol: I'm glad you liked it anyway:thumbsup:
I am still so psyched about the prospect of Mac going to Greece for Stella. True love at its best. Nothing, not even an ocean will keep them apart. I really wonder how long it will take Mac to figure out that he needs go to Greece. My guess it'll be 1.2 seconds after Stella leaves his office after she hands over her gun & badge. He knows that she is going to do something she shouldn't and he has to be there to support her.
mmmm we will need to pay attention to all details in this one (how if we won't it:lol: ) because i was thinking in Lilou's words about how Mac could talk to Don or Danny to realize he can't let her go. In the past he had Stella as his conscience but now she will be leaving him...he will be on his own to figure it out what to do. I would prefer Don because Donnie had that talk with Mac where Mac told him he was not going to leave US anymore and Don could help him to realize what he needs to do. Also i wonder IF (and only IF) it going to be revealed where does she live now
Steph---> we will be good. I promise:thumbsup: I think once they started writing Mac and Stella with the old liason between them everything changed. Despite of the brief moment of OOC in 5.15:lol:
The whole exchange between them sounds really adorable (with him recognising her hair and all) and the picture looks great, but how did she come across him in the first place? Did they consciously meet somewhere or did she run into him at a scene or something?
She went to college to meet him for help. And it was a surprise for him because he told her he was very proud of her and he has followed all her career. He couldn't find his glasses and Stella found them in his pocket lol (because he always forget where he has them aparently ) and he called her "Stella mou" and he could recognize her even before she said hi "It was your hair"
Completely sweet and tender, believe me!
Ps: Jenn, i sent you the PM with details about the episode as you asked me
You're all so convinced about the coming episodes ... Foremost, I would love to babble and refer to the episodes even though it's not aired yet.
In my lacking of intelligence and common sense opinion, I love the writers for putting it on display showing us how important Stella is in Mac's heart as a friend or more than friends. Nevertheless, crossing this line is demanding or needed to be characterized by careful consideration or application. Just like my great buddy, Linda(MacsLovlyAngl), I loved and longed for the way they are now. Their piercing and intensed gaze each and everytime were enough to show me that they're so in love with each other. They do have gaze that speaks volume and there's no words needed when it comes to the both of them. Then there's all the little touches to assure one another that everything is going to be alright 'cause they're going to make it upright. Most Mac/Stella fans wanted them to be together. I've always wanted them to be together too but.. I've been thinking so much recently during my one week holiday. (End of topic) According to the description I read from the characters, it says that Mac is a person who is always by the book while Stella is a very compassionate person, emphatetic and caring or can be emotionally involved with some certain cases. This will refer back to the coming episode or previous episode due to her obstinacy on the case of the Greek Coin and Sebastian Diakos. We've give a detailed account of Mac/Stella in words as Yin and Yang. As stated in Wikipedia, the concept of yin yang often is used to describe how seemingly disjunct or opposing forces. A perfection for Mac/Stella 'cause they are interjoin/interlink and mutually dependent, giving the quality or state of being strong, the fortitude to face affliction and sorrows. Both of them are complementary or combining in such a way as to form a complete whole or enhance each other. Mac and Stella has yin and yang's particular appearance and features which is opposing to sort things out, embedded together and balanced. Stella always have the capacity or possibilities for Mac, and Mac for Stella, they're equivalent to each other.
When one disappears, the other must disappear as well, leaving all the emptiness behind.
As specified above, this would conclude that when one is down, the other would be filled with sorrow which has been proved in the show after several horrible events faced by one another. Both connected and bounded together as one whole reciprocal.
Last but not least, Mac and Stella are made for each other. That's when our thread title be denominated as "Mac♥ Stella #15 - 'Cause She's The Yin To His Yang".
Dearrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, it's the best speech ever read before (It's obvious Smacked is a great inspiration)
I am watching 5.16 again and i really enjoy what i am watching (again) and you are right: now we have the chance to watch them in their relationship full showed to the audience. Now we know they can be natural and make mistakes even in a relationship like theirs. They need to balance the energy in a relationship like that as complements. The thing is not always they are complements when one of them pretend to have the command of the couple but i guess is something they will have to carry one along all their relationship (if they have one in the future he he he )
BTW now i am worried about possible implications Stella's lies will have on her. Is she going to stop being a CSI? is she going to be fired? I'm worried now
Many hugs
Debbie
ps: BTW i pass my English examination!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAYAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Debbie, I think it mentions something about her putting her badge down, but I'm sure Mac wont let her quit, even though he has to be by the book, as mentioned before, she says, "What I'm doing is perfectly legal." in 5x12, but of course with her later actions. You got me worried about it too now...^.^
Tex, I so envy you right now! Why oh why didn't I join this before, now I'll have to wait for soooo long...
Agreed! I'd love to see him running after her. He sees her getting into a cab, but can't reach it. He drives after it, gets stuck in traffic and not even the police siren is helpful enough. Finally, he manages to reach the airport, he runs and runs to the boarding zone... only to see the plane has just left. While panting because of how much he ran, he sees it soar the skies. Meanwhile, Stella is looking through the window with a saddened expression, obviously thinking about him. She shakes her head and mumbles something in Greek.
Ok, my imagination took me a little bit too far and I know it's so typical, but it would also be sweet.
Deb, that professor is great. He looks like your average clumsy genius who is too stuck in his own world to notice the rest. Stella reminding him where he has his glasses was so cute. I hope Mac will get to know him, I'm sure he'll love the professor's wisdom and how nicely he taught his pupil.
Congratulations on your exam!
Asprine, bravo! Yin and yang, but also magnets. The opposites attract. And you can't have a magnet that's completely positive or negative, because if you split any magnet in two, you'll get two smaller magnets, each of them with its positive and negative pole. You just can't separate them.
EngleBarn,
I don't think that would work. If Stella leaves NYPD, what can she do for a living? Would she become a private investigator? They did that with Aiden only to kill her off. Also, we wouldn't see much of her then. That could work just for a couple of episodes until Mac convinced her to come back. Anyway, if he's going after her to Greece, I think everything will be solved, probably in a more than friendly way.
Debbie, I think it mentions something about her putting her badge down, but I'm sure Mac wont let her quit, even though he has to be by the book, as mentioned before, she says, "What I'm doing is perfectly legal." in 5x12, but of course with her later actions. Engle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's always a pleasure to read you mmmm there is possible complications indeed. What she had done lately is not what anyone could call "legal". She didn't use legal channel to catch Koslovos and even she lied to her Supervisor (Mac) and even used police property (the van with the equipment) when supodsely she was sick. So i don't know how Mac is going to save her butt but he has to! somehow he has to! People inside the Spoiler Discussion Thread are saying they might not be at the beginning of 5.25 which it's good news because it means they are not in danger... but if there is someone else in charge of the lab (Danny) and a CSI died, what kind of consequences could it has for Mac and Strella for not being there considering they are in command (well certainly Mac is ) Don't worry all these intrigues makes the waiting more and more interesting. Not less. I have the feeling we will have Season 6 and it will rock the universe (well as long as i have Smacked and Stellarinas episodes i will be happy:thumbsup:
Many hugs and thanks
Debbie
PLENI--->
spoilers didn't mention ther is a reprisal towards Stella's professor???? awwww noooooooooo he is so adorable!!!!!! hope is not what i am thinking. TPTB can't be evil and kill him so easily. He has an incredible chemistry with Stella. I can imagine him walking with her to the aisle and deliver her to her groom:drool::drool::drool::lol:
Hi everyone! It seems every one of you are super high about the prospect of our favorite couple, especially Debbie. Asprine and Pleni, you gals are wonderful!  I wish I could express myself in the way you did. The Yin/Yang and magnet theories are so precisely reflecting Mac/Stella's relationship. They'll never be the same if anything bad happen to either one of them.
No matter what might happen, I'm sure Mac and Stella will survive it. The most ideal prospect is they'll pour their hearts out to each other in a strange but romatic environment like Greece. :adore: :adore:
p.s. Debbie, love your avvie. I think Mac and Stella's baby will be as lovely as this one.
p.s.2 Congratulation on your exam, Debbie! Happy birthday to Gio and Tex!
   Sorry... I'm always hesitating.   I'm so sad 'cause my holiday finished!   Can't help it. I woke up 2 a.m. in the early morning and watch reruns of Season 3 CSI NY in AXN .
Debbie!!! CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR EXAM! *Hugs* you.
I remembered Steph's word to be good and I used spoiler box.
He sees her getting into a cab, but can't reach it. He drives after it, gets stuck in traffic and not even the police siren is helpful enough.
Pleni, I loved your point. What if we see him running/chasing towards the cab with a great speed without stopping then the cab driver saw it through the front/rear mirror and... I'm evil!
BTW now i am worried about possible implications Stella's lies will have on her. Is she going to stop being a CSI? is she going to be fired? I'm worried now
Debbie, don't worry about it. You have yet to watch what's the outcome. Besides, Stella is Mac's most important right hand. Mac even chased her up to Greece just to meet her.. :adore:
*pokes head* I'm watching Rafal Nadal playing. He's currently winning, yay!
Deb, I wish professor Papakota (or however he was called) was late for that. I would have loved to have him asking Stella "so, how's your life right now, m'dear?" and Stella answering "Well... I, um, got married! Just so recently ".
By the way, our last Messenger conversation reminded me one thing: where's the fire-nit? Not in Greece, that's for sure.
kikii, I'm sure you've got your own metaphor to describe them. And I agree with you, "what it all comes down to is that everything is gonna be fine, fine, fine...". This week we've got an episode and then, one week of hiatus. Doing the math... dang, it's still too long until 5.24
Wouldn't it be great to see them kiss at sunset with the silhouette of the Parthenon in the background?:adore: Anyway, as long as they finally kiss, I don't care if they share their first kiss in the middle of a rubbish dump.
Asprine:
Awww... Imagine this: Stella hears the siren, she turns back and sees Mac's SUV. Tears well up in her eyes and she tries to hold them back while muttering "don't do this, Mac. Please, don't do this".
I predict a sudden raise in the Smacked fluffly fanfics after 5.24, I don't know why, I just have the feeling.
I don't think Stella will get fired either. Apparently, she quits, but if Mac runs after her and goes to Greece only to be there for her, I'm sure she won't lose her job.
You're all so convinced about the coming episodes ... Foremost, I would love to babble and refer to the episodes even though it's not aired yet.

Where did you get the schedule from? And does anyone know when the last eppie airs? I have surgury coming up on May 19th and I hope to be lucid enough to watch,or if I am not I will rpobably see somthing that is not there from the meds:lol:
Hi guys!
Lori, I will share Mac with you. But I wonder if Stella will let us borrow him or not?
I agree about the difference between Stella and Don and Stella and Mac's relationship. Stella and Don care about each other a lot, but Mac is Stella's soulmate. Like in that episode of The Simpsons where Homer eats the really hot chilli and hallucinates, and he has to go on a journey to find his soulmate, till finally he realizes it's Marge - Mac and Stella may fight, they may date other people, but they are each other's soulmate. I love that quote from the French forum - 'Mac without Stella is like the sky without stars, without salad without sauce' - so perfect for them.
OT -I really want to see Australia too, it looks so good!
OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!!! I just finished my papers for my examn and i couldn't post earlier OMG OMG OMG OMG Oh Stella i love you for being so stubborn Oh Mac i love you for being such caring and adorable and unique. I want to be the mother of your children! (Uppsss Sorry Stella:guffaw
OMG OMG OMG OM;G OMG OMG
MAC GOES AFTER STELLA TO GREECE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG
Debbie (on the floor hyperventilating needing the ER NOW!)
Debbie, one thing I love about Mac and Stella is that they are both stubborn and caring, and together those attributes just go so well together. I have not seen this ep yet, but I just watched Forbidden Fruit on Saturday, and it was the same thing! Stella was being stubborn and Mac was being so caring, I love how he said 'as your friend I would love to,' I think also it was so hard for both of them that Mac had to act the boss with Stella, because of how close they are. Mac has never had to do that with Stella before, he's reprimanded her for getting too emotionally involved, but I can't remember him ever having to outright order her not to do something. That look they exchanged after she left showed how much it hurt them both, and Danny seemed worried about it too when he came in after she left.
OMG, Mac goes after Stella to Greece and there are bonding moments, yay!!!! Finally, some Smacked!!!! But this ep will be a nice one for people who just like them as friends too. I love that we will get to see Mac telling Stella he's going to help her, I hope we will get to see her apologize for lying to him too, and him saying sorry for getting mad at her, and they have a real bonding heart-to-heart moment. I wonder who will take care of the lab, though, probably Danny or Hawkes I think. I bet Sinclair will be there bitching about 'where are Mac and Stella' and if he is I'd love to see Danny and/or Hawkes protecting them and standing up to Sinclair.
I always said eventually Stella would need Mac's help with the whole Greek thing, Angell and Danny are great, and smart, and loyal friends and helpers, but when you're in a situation like this you gotta send in the Marines!
OH BOY!! STELLA IS IN BIG TROUBLE NOW!!! I think Mac knows she has gone after the greek case. He told her they found Diakos and she said she wanted the case and he said NO because she was to emotionally attached and that he was going to take it himself because he knows how much the case means to her. Oh my gosh you guys the look on Macs face when Stella stampered thanks .... HE KNOWS !!! And now she is WORRIED SICK!!! STELLAAAAAA!!!!!!!
DAMN! I wanted to be the first one to post about the episode. Oh well!
Here's my take on the SMACked from this episode:
Okay, I know I'm going spoiler free but as I saw this episode already, I don't count it as a spoiler.
There was a total of ONE scene with Mac and Stella. Together. In the same room. And to be frank...IT TOTALLY ROCKED!~Stella and Angell found Diakos dead (Total shock to me) and I guess they called it in because Stella walked into Mac's office and he said that he was called in by an unidentified female caller. Well first he asked if she felt better (She told him she needed a few sick days to work on the Diakos thing *Gibbs-slaps Stella* Bad Stella!) which I thought was totally cute Then she tells him to give her the case and he says no, he'll, and I'm quoting, "Handle it personally". THEN, he says "I know how much this means to you". Is it just me or do I sense some love floating in the lab? :adore: Then there's this pause and she says his name in that amazing way she says it and I swear I thought she was going to kiss him. And then she lets me down and says thank you, then leaves. From her face, I could tell she felt like absolute CRAP for lying to him. Then they show Mac and he has this look on his face and MT screams "HE KNOWS!" and I agree with her. I think he knows that she lied to him, but he's not saying anything. He's worried sick (like you said Lori). I'm going to join you with the screaming as I did it all episode: STELLAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
There was also a scene that was unintentionally SMACked. Stella and Angell led Diakos' partner (Can't for the life of me remember his name) to a shipyard (Immediately brought Hush to mind) and Stella was wearing a blue t-shirt and jeans just like that scene in The Triangle (I think) where Mac and Stella have their hands on their hips :adore:
So in conclusion, tonight was quite good for SMACked. Stella's still being OOC though
Wow, sounds great. I think Mac knows too, he's smart, and he knows Stella. Love that she feels bad for lying to him, that is in-character for her. It's great that now Mac and Stella are worried sick - Mac for Stella, and Stella for lying to Mac. See, TPTB can give us Smacked when they want to. I think they were holding off on it this season so they could focus on D/L. There's been a lot of happy D/L stuff going on (I have to say, Danny touching Lindsay's stomach in FF was sweet) so they created distance between Mac and Stella, but the last few eps sound like they will have lots and lots of Smacked. Yay!
Mac would go to the moon if Stella went there. But you are right, after he told Don he decided not to go to England after P. a woman he slept with and 'loved', he's going to Greece after Stella, and they've never even kissed. See, this is why I think this ep will be great for all NY fans, because for the Smacked fans it suggests he loves her, for the non-Smacked fans it shows the depth of their friendship. But I think it's love....he leaves the lab to go to her, and probabaly that will make the brass (Sinclair etc) mad.
You've got a point there. However, she said "the end of the show" and we know for sure it's not gonna end this season. Mac is not going to die, Gary's got a contract, I don't think he suddenly wants out and TPTB won't want to kick him out either. He's the soul of the show and changing the boss might be a little bit too risky.
Stella, maybe? We could have the cliché damsel in distress and knight in a shining armor unable to save her ending with Mac sobbing "ohnoez, Stell! Hold on! Stay with me!" while she lives long enough to tell him oh how much she loves him right before kicking the bucket. We may even get to see her up in heaven watching him with Claire. The usual, you know. I just hope they don't dare kill her and I have my reasons to think she won't die. Melina's writing 5.24, which probably means that storyline ends during that episode. Stella would be out of danger and, gee, having her safe for five seconds before yet another baddie crosses her way is a little bit too much, isn't it? Also, if she was about to leave the show, would she be happily talking about how great writing her very own episode is? I don't think so.
Anyway, I'm crossing my fingers just in case. And if it's any of them, I quit.
I agree. If this Greek thing is over by 5.25, I really doubt it will be either Mac or Stella who dies. I think either they are just back from Greece when the person dies, or that is why they come back. The spoilers said the person is killed by 'kidnappers turned cop killers' which makes me think the bad guys kidnap someone and kill them. I can't see it being Stella if the Greek storyline is all wrapped up, and Mac was kidnapped last series finale, so I don't think it would be him again so soon, plus like Debbie says both Melina and Gary are contracted for a while yet, and we've heard nothing about either of them wanting to leave. I remember knowing ages before Grissom or Sara left Vegas that the actors wanted to leave. I think it will be Lindsay or Angell (though if it's Angell, it seems it won't be the Greek thing that gets her killed), perhaps Danny or Flack. But I'm sure Mac and Stella are going nowhere for a while.
Dearrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, it's the best speech ever read before (It's obvious Smacked is a great inspiration)

Debbie, I agree with what you say about Mac and Stella being natural and making mistakes. Both have made some really bad decisions this season - Mac with Ella, and Stella with Diakos, and while it hurts to watch that, I think it's wonderful that it is shown that they are human. We've all made bad judgement calls, right? I hate those shows where the characters are always right, all the time. I love how flawed and real Mac and Stella are. I was watching a Special Features thingy about Frasier recently, and one of the writers, I think, was saying how with a good sitcom the characters become like extended family to the audience, they become real. I think it is the same with CSI NY, I feel like Mac and Stella and the others are real, and get really caught up in their emotions, I think because they are portrayed in such a real way.
Mac will not let her quit, or be fired. Anyway, someone on the team, and we're pretty sure it won't be Mac or Stella, is killed, so I think Stella will stay to solve the case and the bosses won't want to fire her because the team would already be down 1 CSI. And we know Melina's contracted to 2010.
Hey, Smacked family, great to be back here in the Smacked thread. If I disappear again for a week, don't worry.....*does Terminator voice* 'I'll be back!'
Dear writers, I love you. Finally you are giving us Smacked.
Dear Mac, I love you too. I love your compassionate, caring, nature. If you want to hang around with a crazy girl who is a lot younger than you, screw Ella, I'm right here!
Dear Stella, I love you too. I love your stubborness and determination. Please let me borrow your Mac for a little while?
It seems 16 is our lucky number, it always brings us lots of Smacked! It's also the next thread number.
AH MAN!!! I hate leaving for more than a week. You guys find all the juicy stuff. But, seriously I am super excited now.:bolian::bolian::bolian:
Okay, you know that Gary is working on this "Brothers at War" movie right? Well, the Chicago Tribune put an article about him and the three brothers in my local newspaper. I thought you would like to read it. Gary Sinise Speaks out in Defense of Brothers at War
Here is the story about the three brothers from my local newspaper. Man Documents Siblings These two articles took up a whole page. I was so proud.:luvlove:
They are very touching stories. I think we need to have an episode or two that includes the war in Iraq, ya know. It would be very touching. These are some of the nicest guys. We would definitely see Mac's vulnerable, emotional side. And someone else would see it too.
