And of course my little contribution to this. The extended preview for this upcoming episode...thanks to the findings of JTD94.

*wonders about the methods in which Hodges is taking to process evidence...lol*

Should be an interesting episode. I am not a big fan of golfing, but it looks alright to me.

I can tell now I'm probably going to have a habit of mistakenly referring to this ep as "Dr.Longball" because there was a Due South (my first online fandom) ep by that name. I'll wind up correcting myself all the time lol.

Thank you for this, DJRideout and JTD94! From the regular coming attractions there were no clear shots of Greg, so I was not 100% sure if he was going to be in the next one. You made my day! By the way, I love your avatar! Great picture of Wally:)!

This should be a riveting episode, [shades of Tiger Woods], it'll be great to see Sara and Dr. Langston working together, again~thank's JTD for the video~

I hope there's not as much about golf in this episode as there was of the mexican wrestling in the 200th episode.

Jason Dohring from Veronica Mars and Moonlight?

His character in Veronica Mars had a great line about CSI. Something about his sister playing Dead prostitute #5 in CSI.

John M. Jackson! Admiral Chegwidden! Haven't seen him since JAG. :)

Here's a question and answer with golfer Gary McCord about his appearance in this episode from Golf.com. (Only the first question is CSI related.)

I can't believe I didn't recognize Josef from Moonlight. But I did recognize FBI Deputy Director Cullen from Bones. The bald guy...Steven Eckoldt (sp?)

Are we allowed to comment on the episode at this time? (Can't remember what the timeline is in terms of who can access the episode when...)

Summary:
This makes me want to play my computer golf game. Haven't done that in a while
-Where's my Wendy? Wendy? Hello! I still see Liz in the opening credits. Has anyone seen my Wendy?
- Golf humor? God help me!
- All that hassle for an accidental death? *headdesk*
- Hodges & Super Dave's Carnac & Ed joke was the best thing in this episode!
- flirty Nick is overdone
- Cath is still hot in glasses
- Cath & Hodges together are fun CSI at its best
- I was really hoping for Annika Sorenstam and Karrie Webb appearances, but as usual, I guess the ladies don't count.
- How did I know we'd never get through without a Tiger reference?
- Has anyone seen the lovable, sarcastic Jim Brass? If so, please direct him to my tv screen.

OKay, I both liked and disliked this episode.

Disliked: Well, the case. Sure it was interesting and the cause of death took me by surprise, but I actually didn't care about the circumstances nor the people involved. Golf and all that...

Liked: Character interaction. I thought it was hilarious how Cath and Ray were giving Hodges a hard time. Loved it!

Loved at the beginning when Sara and Nick were joking around.
Nick: "Every golf ball is different."
Sara: "Like a snowflake." :guffaw: I actually laughed outloud.

Finally, the Greg and Sara scene. This is what I took away from it. A: Greg still likes Sara. B: He's checking for weaknesses in the GSR armor. Very interesting and slightly devious and calculating.

I remember in "You Kill Me" how he was annoyed with Grissom after Sara left. Then in "Family Affair" the way he asked Sara about enjoying her married life made it seem he was almost mocking it. Gil had better come back (to the show that is) otherwise Mr. Sanders is going to make a move on his woman. Which I wouldn't mind, actually...

Back to the episode. It was okay but I'm not going to call it a favorite.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I knew I recognized the victim from somewhere. All in all, a good episode. I felt so sorry for Hodges having to go thru all those grass samples.

Overall this episode was so-so. The golf part overall bored me. I figured out that it was accidental death when they showed him beating on the club and it broke. It reminded me of the ep last year, the Death by Pork Chop, or so it seemed.

I did like the teasing of Hodges for a change, since usually he is the one teasing everyone else. That was funny.

Still could careless if Ray was on the show or not. Personally I still think the show would have been fine without him.

I totally agree with you on the Greg and Sara scene. He looked almost hopeful that maybe the marriage was not doing well. The only time I've really liked Sara is in her scenes with Greg. I could actually handle seeing Greg go after her again too, if her marriage was in danger.
