It's confusing because it says 'born Carmine'...but usually even if actors have gone by other names, they don't have two entries. If it's a brother, it makes me wonder what Carmine's birth name was.

I checked the trivia link and it says he's Carmine's cousin.

Buddy is much older than Carmine. Buddy was born in '57 and Carmine in '73.

It has been intimated on @VanessaMarcilG twitter account that Carmine has had the tattoo on his right shoulder removed. Does anyone know if this is true?

I've looked at Carmine pics from Israel and it definitely looks lighter than the other pics I have of it, more of an outline of it than before.

Whoa... I had no idea they were having problems.

Forgive me for saying so but I'm not so sure the friend should be tweeting this. Unless Vanessa asked her too, I think that's wrong.

I'm going with the assumption she was asked to Tweet about it. As I understand it they are very close friends so I highly doubt she'd Tweet about it unless asked.

Okay, as long as they are close friends but yeah, that's true about her being asked to tweet it. :)

According to TMZ, Marcil filed for divorce and wants Carmine to pay for it. See here. They've been married two years and she wants spousal support. :rolleyes:

Sounds like maybe that's not the case according to E!Online, which has the papers. (Side note--how creepy is it that they have the papers??)

Regardless, that's very sad news. :(

I don't want to start anything and I'm certainly not judging anyone, but I read the papers and I read it as she is asking for spousal support and for her court fees to be paid by Carmine. Am I reading that wrong? :confused:

ETA: The papers are public record, but yeah, it is a bit disturbing that they have them.
