LIMS #5: Round 4: Now Open

Because it's become a bit of a tradition for the Talk LIMS, we'll be doing a round of No Layers allowed. Basically, everything you do has to be done to the base layer.
Cans and Can'ts: You can use brushes, so long as you put them directly on the base layer, not on a new separate layer. Text is allowed (if your program adds text as a separate layer, that's okay). No colour layers, adjustment layers, etc. If there's anything that I've missed, or you're not sure about, please ask :)

The Caps:
This round will be featuring Lindsay Monroe, as chosen by last round's voter's choice winner, Macayla

Rules:
~ This is an anonymous challenge, so don't go posting your icon anywhere until this round is over.
~ Your icon must not exceed 100x100px. It should be in .jpg, .png or .gif format.
~ No animations will be permitted.
~ Submit your icon by sending me (DragonflyDreamer) a PM with the subject line LIMS Round 4 or similar.
~ You may submit only ONE icon
~ If you wish to use your free pass for this round, you MUST send me a PM to let me know. Otherwise it won't count, and you will be disqualified.
~ The deadline for submissions will be Friday, February 29th. No extensions will be given. And yes, it's a leap year, so there is a Feb 29th ;)

Before. The move isn't until march 9th. That gives plenty of time to get enough votes and announce results before the move.

Okay I finally sent my icon in. I hope to make it to the next round but I highly doubt it. Anyways, should my time as a member of LIMS be over, it was very nice being part of this. :D

Talk CSI LIMS #5: Round 04 Voting

Unfortunately, gsrLOVE has failed to submit an entry. She will be disqualified from the challenge.
We also have three participant using their free skips.

Voting Rules:
~ Absolutely anyone may vote!
~ Vote for the Top 3 of least quality, and the Top 2 of best quality.
~ Votes for least quality Must have a reason, or they will not be counted. Reasons for best quality are strongly encouraged ;)

34: Text is oddly placed
50: Icon is over sharpened
62: Image is too blurry

Poor Examples:
96: I don't like the colour (personal preference)
