Life Changing Events (Snicker RP)

Grissom stared into her eyes leaning in getting so close... almost like their last date.
Alas, too much like their previous encounter.
"Hey. Am I interrupting something?"
Greg came in and Grissom jumped back. Another missed opportunity.
"No, what do you need," Grissom looked mildly irritated.
"I need some help with my case. I think I got something." Greg gestured towards Grissom, and he looked back at Catherine before reluctantly taking his leave.

(Oh! Interrupted! :D)
 
(damnit lol, they'll get there one day.)

Catherine eyed Greg as he walked out. She then sighed and walked over to her desk and sat down, putting an elbow on her desk and then placing her forehead on her hand. "You should get to work Grissom." Catherine said sadly, she never looked up at him, so only kept her eyes on her desk.

She frowns at Nick "considering this is the last time we'll be working together for awhile we have to work" she hoped that Grissom would be kind enough to atleast put them on the same case
 
Grissom was kept busy all day. He couldn't get back to Catherine's office. If it wasn't one thing it was another. Looks like he missed his chance.
He became more determined.
'No. I won't give up. When I see her again, I'll know what to do.'
Grissom was starting to look forward to the next night, where he would be on a date with Catherine.
 
Catherine packed up for the day. She put all the stuff that needed to be done on the desk in a drawer, and then picked up what she needed to finish at home. She passed Grissom in the hallway, but didn't stop, since he was so busy today, she just headed for the locker room to get changed.

"Sara, I love you." He gave her a hug and quickly went to get ready for work. Then he kissed her on the cheek and took her hand and led her out to the Denali and they went to work. Nick was going to miss working with her something fierce and he sighed disappointedly.
 
Sara would miss working with him as well
she was happier when he was around, he always knew how to cheer her up when a case would drudge up her old past
now she would have noone to turn to
 
Nick was extremely tempted to just pull over and have his way with Sara but he figured they both couldn't afford to lose their jobs. Instead he just flashed her a cute smile as they pulled into the parking lot. "Ready?" he asked.
 
Nick looked at her lovingly and smiled. "Hey, dont worry sweetie, everything's gonna be ok." He wrapped his muscular arms around her frame and kissed the top of her head as he cradled her sweetly.
