I think he did a marvelous job last night in the season premiere' He's so cool and so likeable, good choice when he was a big screen star, that he accepted this TV show role. He gets along good with everyone, he even seems to get around Icky Ecklie and obnoxious Hodges. That's a feat in it's self. I was so against them putting him in to replace Grissom, but quickly changed my mind. he's a winner. And I think that he and Sara will be so compatible and easy together working. I really enjoyed his performance last night.

heyy, I know I don't usually post here, but I couldn't resist droping in and praising Laurence Fishburne for his excellent work in the past couple seasons, he came into a really really hard position to fill after a heavy-weight like Billy, that had been on the show for almost 9 years, but he nailed it. I think that alot of people were naturally against him at first but he's definitely warmed some hearts. He's a great actor and his character is growing so much, he fits right in better than anybody could have predicted, go Laurence! :bolian:

He was fantastic in Family Affair. You can definitely see him feeling the pressures of an understaffed lab, but he's dealing with it so so well. : )

Thank's Coco he is awesome, so [and it's weird to call an over 6ft. guy sweet] but he is. And his own brand of charm. He's a excellent choice and Ecklie promoted him too:bolian:

as word has it, the crossover is to air November 12th and I believe it will focus on Ray (from the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation end of the spectrum anyways) and I'm interested to see if we get any background history there, if not before.
It seems as good a time as any.

AHHH, thanks' csi-source awesome So cute. that's wonderful. How many kids does he have? I think someone said his wife was in a couple of CSI's, "XX" was one, don't remember the other one

LF has three kids, two from his first marriage, and one from his current wife Gina.

With his first wife Hajna O. Moss they have Son: Langston (b. 1987), daughter: Montana (b. 1991). and with Gina Torros, daughter Delilah (b. 2007).

FYI: Character on CSI: Ray Langston, is taken from the name of his oldest son.
