It's that time again--Holiday Card Swap!

Wow. Serious writer's cramp from writing some of your addresses. :lol:

Please don't take it the wrong way if you asked if you included everything or if it was ok and I don't reply. No PM from me=good news. :D

We absolutely want all the new people to participate and we don't care where you're from! This board has a HUGE international presence and it's fun to see what Christmas cards from other countries are like. So please, don't hesitate to send in your address if you live far away.
 
What a great idea! I have just sent my address through. I'm looking forward to sending and receiving cards all over the world! It's a great way to bring the whole world just that little bit closer!!

Actually, I want to send it out completed on the 26th, but I will accept them until I get home from work that day, which would be approximately 4:15pm EST. :lol: After that, you're shit outta luck. :lol: I'm giving people plenty of time this year so I will not add anyone else who PMs me after I send the finished list out.

How many people participated last year? I don't have exact numbers but I think it was between 25/30ish. It was quite good, considering our little board wasn't nearly as big last year as it is this year. There's been a LOT of new people come aboard in the past couple months. :D
 
Goodie, I loved the card swap last year! :D It was so fun.

Sadly, I don't think I will be able to do it again. My mother's not the biggest fan of "swaps", and is still getting over the amount of postage for a CD exchange I did on another board (she's really cheap :lol:).

But I hope it's just as fun as it was last year. :)

That's good to know. :) I was wondering if I would get a reply from you, hehe.

I can't wait to get the list so that I can start shopping for cards! :D
 
Oh! I have a feeling I'm gonna need a LOT more cards than I did last year. There were about 24 people involved last year, and it was awesome! I got cards from so many places and so many people. MrsG's was still one of my favourites, just for the note.
I will definitly send you my addres right now.
 
I didn't participate last year, but I'm considering it this year. However, we might be moving within the next month or so, so that makes things a bit on the iffy side. I'll give it some more thought...
 
^Yeah, I'm in the same position Fay. I should be moving house in the first week of December so I'm not sure what address I'll be at. :lol: Still, it's a nice idea so I might participate but I won't know for sure for a few weeks. Thanks for organising it lookaboomerang.
 
Uhmmm.... I was part of last year's card swap but I didn't send any of the cards because I was broke. So I'm veeeeeery sorry. I received all your cards. :)

But now, I will send them out as early as 3rd week of November to those who sent me last year ... and whoever new one who will join this year. :)
