I don't quite know you Patricia but Happy Birthday! :D And thank you all for the lovely warm welcome, it's quite nice! :D

Okay here's a question for y'all...I've got some blank spots in my H/Y knowledge here...so I know H went and saw Y in Rio...(which that whole scene/eppy was actually one of the first Miami ep's I'd ever seen and not even knowing them, you can practically see the love in the air, it was so thick!) Anyway...between then and Y showing up in the last eppy or so of this past season...has there been any other H/Y that I missed??

Unfortunately, no. :( Although, she does play a part (according to spoilers) in the bombshell about to be dropped on H in the S6 premiere :) Whether it's a big part or not remains to be seen.

Sorry Tally, that previous image is not S6 promo . We don`t have official confirm, but all guys in Miami forum think that this is long time lost S3 cast pic. Hope new pics to come soon. Btw I would love to see not only Frank, but and ours dear Rick one day on images like this. hehe

Alas, in Season 5, we didn't see Yelina between the premiere 'Rio' and ep #522 'Burned'. Our loss, nobody's gain. Though, Sofia Milos was involved in another show for much of that time.

Flicking though the channels last night i stumbled across a
s3 re-run Hell night. really liked the end scene with H and Ray Jr. When ray says about H not comming round anymore and H tells him he is trying to give Y some space. Then H says about the two of them going on a fishing trip at the weekend puts a smlie on ray's face

I'm not of the original coterie (I'm still a fairly new fan), so it's new to me :)
It makes me wonder if the same shall happen to Rex and Eva, but since they're not really doing other things outside the show, I doubt TPTB would screw them over as much as they did Sofia, so perhaps not.

^ Sofia wasn't doing work outside of CSI:M at the time when she was written off the show either. Ann D just decided she wanted to change things for the sake of changing them. She likes to do things on a whim. :rolleyes: Also, part of the problem was the fact that Yelina's character wasn't developed nearly as well by tptb as it could have been. They were creatively inept in so many ways, that the H/Y storyarc was backed into a corner. So, they took the easy (and in reality, very lazy) option and decided to write Yelina off, as it turned out, only temporarily. There is so much water under the bridge now, tptb really have to work very hard to regain any kind of credibility.

After her enforced departure from CSI:M, Sofia naturally found another TV role. She was even asked to return to her role in The Sopranos, but turned it down due to her part in CSI:M's 'Burned'.
