Thanks for the pic katpin.

The first thing I thought was the same as you Pusher. Natalia and Frank are missing, and Ryan's hair looks like it was in season 3.

But if it's really the promo pic, then I'm real glad Yelina's there.

But having said all that it's a really nice pic of the CSI team.

So, that's where the pic came from. I saw it somewhere & snagged it but didn't see noone credited for it, so I couldn't give credit but knew it belonged somewhere. :D Anyway I just knew it said S6 promo & took their word for it. Maybe Frank & Natalia aren't in it cause of not being available. I don't know. If I'm wrong sorry.

Hello H/Y shippers! I have a question for all you lovely folk...I'm new to the H/Y ship...I've been watching Season 2 of Miami on DVD and I just finished "Money for Nothing" the eppy where H gets Susie and Maddison an apartment...now my question is...I can't figure out if Yelina thinks that Susie was involved with H and therefore that Maddison is his...or if she knows that Susie was involved with Ray and that Maddison is Ray's....what do you all think??

^ Welcome, Mo! :D We don't really see ourselves as a 'ship', but I'll let one of the oldies explain that one... ;)

Yelina thinks that Maddison is Horatio's. (Please somebody correct me if I'm wrong). And is pi...ed that H hasn't told her about both Susie and Maddie...

Actually she thinks Horatio had something with Madison, but he didn't.. Poor HY :( It was a great storyline but I expected that once they got through that they'd be together, which they aren't.. but I don't want to spoil the rest for you. When you watch the S3 finale, take a hankerchief with you you'll need it. And I'm talking out of experience here. *thinks back @ s3 finale* Now where's my bucket and my hankerchief *runs off*

Hi Mo and welcome! :) Just to add to what Lunalove correctly said, Yelina doesn't find out about Ray's relationship with Suzie until Season 3. Horatio allows Yelina to believe Madison is his child to prevent her from further heartache where Ray is concerned.

I hope you are enjoying Season 2. We rather like it around here! :D

Awww okay...I should say I'm rewatching Seas. 2 cuz I've caught at least about half the eppy's already and then I've watched the last third of Seas. 4 and most of Seas. 5...so I've got a bit of a disjointed feel of how things went or are going with these two. They (H/Y) as a couple had to grow on me, I'll admit...but I definitely like them now! Thanks for the help, I appreciate it! :D

Oh and why do y'all not consider yourselves a "ship"? Just out of curiosity? :D

Lol, that's not easy to explain. Some of us just aren't fond of the term 'ship'. Just a personal thing really. H/Y are more than that, and in a sense, some of us feel it undermines the canon-esque nature of the H/Y relationship. i.e. it's real on the show and has been advocated by the writers. I hope that makes some kind of sense. I'm tired and have to go and watch Dr Who before I get too sleepy! ;)

That makes sense Lucy :D And I just watched the eppy that answered my earlier question...I think it was "The Oath" where Yelina came right out and told H that since he had a daughter he didn't tell her about she can't really trust him and therefore is gonna go out with Stetler! :p I was pretty much yelling at my tv at that point!

I totally agree Lucy. Although it was never made official (by that I mean them actually calling themselves a couple), it was plain to see that there was indeed something going on betwixt the two. The term 'shipping' in my opinion is reserved for romances that the fans would like to see but may or may not happen. Since Horatio and Yelina have even discussed it in various episodes, I don't consider H/Y a ship because it almost happened (and still has the opportunity of happening). Because they both have feelings for each other, the possibility of them becoming a couple is very real and very attainable.

On another note, some of you may be pleased to know that because I have Internet access again, I shall be posting the next installment in my H/Y fic very soon. :)
