hey, Patricia ur Mulder/Scully shipper - hehe this is great. this was my first shipp, and now H/Y... upsss i want to say canon there is no othere like them, but knowing what happen in x-files, now make me too more careful with CSI Miami

Lovely pics from '10-7' Tati. I just watched it a couple of days ago and my heart still broke at that scene even though I've seen it so many times.
I'm fond of their little dance as well, even if it's in circles. But after awhile they've got to move on and I mean forward, not in circles.
So far my ships don't sink, I don't think H/Y will either, anyway they're not a ship.

Wow! I missed a lot trying to get to London yesterday and never making it. So much to reply to! I'll just say that while I appreciate and understand the 'journey' thing, imo it has gone on long enough. Just because people get together, doesn't mean the journey is over, (unless, as someone mentioned, tptb make it boring after that) - my sweetie and I have been on our journey for over 30 years, and its still quite a trip! I'm just tired of the 'will they, won't they' stuff - its old. Real people get tired of that sort of thing and make other choices after awhile. Do you know what I mean when I say that even the people involved in such a relationship can eventually find it heavy and unrewarding? We, and they (at least Y) need a little something to make it worthwhile.
Forgot to say that I like your banner, kit, you're so good at those animated things. And I adore your ava, Lunalove. Miss Piggy has been getting on his nerves again, heh?

Yelina might want to shift her interest on something/someone else BUT Horatio sometimes shows this little glimmer of hope. Just enough to keep her interested.
In Belgium we have this saying "Oude liefde roest niet." If you translate it it says "Old love doesn't rust" But that sounds a bit goofy , It basicly comes down to the fact that once you love someone, and you lose them out of your sight for a very long time .. the feeling is still there you just don't notice it. But when you meet that person again that flame is back instantly.
Like in Burned, that he told her he'll always look after her.. He was so concerned about her *awww*

hummm i have to agree with u. but even Yelina to get away from this vicious circle, we are again back in S2 - remeber when she try to move forward with Stetler. for me the only way we to see something new is only if H/Y become real couple. But at the same time i`m wonder what is to live with H. not the one from S 1-3. i talk for Hector - even in relationship did he still play the passive part ?! the whole Aerosol nightmare prove this. or H just want one weak woman by his side. did he is scary by Y`s 'strength' - in meaning he love she to be around him, but don`t know what will come next. sorry but this barrier sis-in-law don`t work for me anymore.

You are SO NOT alone. Crikey! He truly said that? To quote our dear Richard "Hamster" Hammond, ""Now that's just stupid!". You know it's bad enough to have tptb behaving in clueless fashion but to have him echo similar sentiment is awfully poor. But then again, I guess belting out the company song is now part of his Miami PR profile.
As for whether Miami, in its post "10-7" format, deserves another 4 years, to quote Bill, "it's not enough to survive, one must be worthy of surviving".

That's part of my 'why would she want him' question. Do you think that in private he would ever 'lighten up?' I see the 'comic book' H sitting on the edge of the bed with a check list: "Can I do this a) responsibly, b) ethically, c) emotionally, etc. And getting involved with him could be really frustrating - if a person knew him very well, she would have to continually ask herself whether she was 'in the loop.' You know how he keeps secrets.

You know when you're obsessed with H/Y when you go out shopping to buy some new clothes and a new videocard. U step into the store to search for that vidcard BUT then you see the section "tv shows" You think to yourself maybe there's that S2 dvd of CSI Miami! So I bought it, even though I already have EVERY single episode of csi miami I just bought it to view the extras you know the commentaries, which I also heard already since I rented the dvd's a year back. Anyhow you get home, instead of putting the clothes away & put the new vid card in your computer u first want to rewatch all those csi miami extras because they tell something about H/Y

Luckily for me I can share H/Y love with my mother...well she's not as obsessed as me but I can't talk to her about it...
About being with someone like H...I think Yelina, probably more than anybody else, knows him, knows how he is and somehow still wants to be with him...plus he has good things too! hehe. Of course some differences between them, some problems would appear if they get together but I think a real relationship needs that...and I would love to see them growing together as they work those things up..
Eventually I think Yelina would be able to "cut him open", to make him talk about himself and his feelings (and not only towards her) but the thing is, as some of you have said...she's getting tired...she doesn't want him just to "take care of her" she wants more...
