Is it a pic caped from Losing Face which ep leaks both Megan and Horatio's stories?

Sometimes I would think why the writer brought Megan back but let her leave after ten eps...

Is it possible that though Horatio's working experience is ready for the position of csi supervisor, but his emotion is not ready yet...So Megan came back after her lose of husbands, anyway she was Horatio's boss before...And she is came back to teach Horatio how to keep grief away from work...Emotion controlling, that's the hardest part of life...And Horatio did learn a lot from her...

Such gorgeous H/M pics. How I loved those two. They really completed each other. sighs....I miss Kim Delaney/Megan.
