Man, I wish they get Kim Delaney back. I never cared for the actress, Eva LaRue. I hope she's not on for the long haul.

eva larue's contract was changed. she's now signed on for the whole seaon but she'll miss a few episodes in the beginning because she didn't act in the some.

and sorry to say this, but Kim won't come back. She left because she hates David.

I think he would be jubilant at seeing her again and that they have a chance to break that wall between them and become honest about their feelings for each other. I think Horatio would try to breach through Megan's defenses about their rocky past.

They relieve that pent up tension between them by acknowledging their feelings and pulling into a long awaited kiss.
