he was so cute in drag. that made me giggle uncontrolably. i liked that he was still a good guy in the end. :) the rest of the candybars were baddies. i think i'm gonna try and find black point next. i don't even know what its about...well i didn't know what any of his other movies were about either and i still loved them.

Yahs! I love all his movies!!! He is just a good actor and makes every charater he ever played a very convincing one! :D

If he didn't have the eye problem, we could see him in movies more often. *sigh*

Re: Horatio/DC #12: Miami Never Closes. Neither Does This Th

umm the movie where he dressed like a drag queen was tha hawk thing right?

Re: Horatio/DC #12: Miami Never Closes. Neither Does This Th

Well, maybe he's just not a movie kind of actor. There are actors who are great in movies but TV isn't there thing, as well as people the other way around, and maybe DC is more of a TV actor. It doesn't mean he's not a good actor, we know he's a hell of a good actor, but he just does better with TV.

I haven't seen any of his movies but heard they didn't really do well. I'm guessing and hoping they're just bad movies and it didn't have anything to do with him, but one of these days I'll get around to seeing one. For now, Horatio's my favorite out of CSIM and NYPD Blue. Horatio is the reason I like DC. He's a sort of hero, a gaurdian angel. :D He has that appeal.

Well, the movies DC was in didn't do very well, but it wasn't because of him. The plot just didn't seem to catch anybody's eye, but because we know and love DC, any movie he's in is gonna seem good to us! :D

Or at least to me, that is..

I liked him in Session 9 with the whole towel scene. he's in a t shirt and has only a towel around his waist. :D here's a pic of it :D David in a Tshirt and towel i tried to find a bigger pic. but i couldn't find one....

Re: Horatio/DC #12: Miami Never Closes. Neither Does This Th

i totally agree with you Ally (is it cool that i call you that?) i don't care what critics or box office sales said, just because DC graced the screen with his presence it gets knocked into my favorite movies category.

thank you for that lovely pic Need4Speed! i quite liked that scene. :)

'Course it's cool to call me that! I actually prefer people calling me Ally!

Well, I never agree with the critics. They always say a movie is bad when it could be the best movie in the world and it's just because it's not "their kind of movie".

Need4Speed, that pic was gorgeous! Thankies a bunch for sharing.

DC has been in a number of very good films - Session 9, Proof Of Life and Mad Dog & Glory all received critical acclaim, for example. I personally think Kiss Of Death is a good movie, even if it didn't receive great reviews.

If you like an actor, you tend to enjoy them in their films anyway, even when the film isn't all that good. I thought Black Point, Gold Coast and Deadlocked were quite weak films, but I still liked seeing David in them. :)

Re: Horatio/DC #12: Miami Never Closes. Neither Does This Th

Sorry guys. I didn't mean that they hadn't been good, I meant they hadn't done very well. And of course it wasn't because of DC, we all know he was probably the reason anyone saw it. :p Well, Jk, but still...

If I were ever going to see a film, I'd probably see Session 9, I've heard the most about it. One of these days I will get around to it.

Re: Horatio/DC #12: Miami Never Closes. Neither Does This Th

session 9 confused me a bit. it was really weird. some of his movies have been like cult classics. i know hudson hawk is one of those. and session 9 has a bit of a following too. theres even a facebook group for it lol. but really, theres a facebook group for everything.
