I mean has to be difficult to make eye contact with him when he's talking to you face to face.

Sadly I wouldn't know because I never saw him face to face. :(

C'mon, you're not gonna disrespect a brother by staring down at his package when you could be looking into those deep brown eyes. :( Besides, it's actually not difficult to make eye contact with him because he is very good at making eye contact when he's speaking to you. But don't take my word for it, go get your butt to a book signing and see for yourself.
 
I was actually lucky enough to go to one of the book signings here in NY, but this was way back in May. There was a lot of females than males at the signing so I wasn't able to get a close enough seat. Hill gave an excellent talk about his book . The only thing that stopped me from talking to him face to face was 1) the line was way too long and the library I saw him at was getting ready to close and 2)I didn't have enough money to buy the book. :(
 
^ That sucks! But the important thing is that you got to hear him talk. That's awesome and I love that you turned out to show your support even without being able to get a book signed. :D
 
It really is a travesty that we didn't have a Hawkes/Hill thread for the longest time. We've got a lot of typing to do to make up for it.
 
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for the new thread and the gorgeous pictures! Let's keep it rolling for this brotha and let the execs know that we want to keep Dr. Hawkes in the mix! I met him in ATL and he was really cool. He seemed very down to earth and was very easy to talk to. I am so glad he is doing his thing! :) :) :)
 
I hope he and those damn producers can feel the love! :D
Can't wait for that storyline to develop....Whenever he comes on screen, I sit up at attention like a damn puppy or something. He has that effect on me...What the hell can I say?? :lol:
