Thank you for the ad LtKitty! :D

Gosh, I have to say the art work for that advertisement is beautiful. (Not to mention David Caruso looks amazing as ever) :)

*sigh* It's just not complete without Yelina and...Speed.

I agree. I meant the two in my earlier post.
It's not a secret here that I really like a certain new team member, but I also hate it when a main character leaves a show.

There was one scene I didn't like in 'From the Grave'.
Horatio was rather cold to the injured police officer.
We talked some days ago about episodes where he was so friendly to injured and dying people and his reaction towards the poor officer was a little bit disappointing.
maybe it's only me.

It's definitely not you. I noticed that as well throughout season four. Compared to season two, there was something missing in Horatio's response to the death of a police officer. Even in season three's 'Cop Killer', Horatio doesn't show much emotion until he was in the moruge I believe.

We saw earlier in 'The Oath' from season two that Horatio cared about the slain officer, and his main motivation was to provide the officer's wife with some answers. (In season four, the dead patrol cop featured in 'From The Grave' was never discussed)

I'd say the change in Horatio's character was the result from Speed's death, but I'm not entirely sure that's the case. One would assume he'd be even more sympathetic to those types of situations- Not numb to them.

Re: Horatio's Thread #5 - Will The Real Horatio Please Stand

There's a dead patrol cop in From the Grave? Oh. Right. I really did like that episode, I just find it so difficult to concentrate on anything besides those incredibly powerful scenes in the confessional...

Also, I want that season 5 ad in glossy, giant-sized poster form. It's gorgeous. Um, and by gorgeous, I mean, uh, a very artistic blend of imagery.

Re: Horatio's Thread #5 - Will The Real Horatio Please Stand

Oh still no broadband!!
Have to say I saw 'Urban Hellraisers' was not too impressed actually although I have to say I do love it when H pulls his gun, he is so accurate, one shot and they all go down ;)

I also loved him standing over suspect gun drawn, looking really good :)

I do have to say though I see what you are all on about, season 4 hasn't really had me hooked, not very impressed at all, apart from I still like watching H

cool pic speed! is it from season 5 promo?

I believe that's actually a season four promo. But I could be wrong, I'd have to check the site again. ;)

You're very welcome guys!

I'm sorry about your broadband situation Footyliz. *hugs* I actually thought 'Urban Hellraisers' was one of the more...Tolerable episodes, compared to much of the other season four garbage. They concentrated on the case, and not their personal lives, they all had active screentime, the case was interesting, and the concept idea was terrific. :D

However, there were some points of the episode that just made me want to switch the channel, but hey the writers can't please everyone right? :) - I really loved the bit with Horatio pointing his gun to the suspect. It's like he's saying "You punks can't come into my lab and do this." :D

Ah yes, Urban Hellraisers did treat us to this great moment!
