sofia smiled at flack. 'couldn't be more ready. and if there's one person here who gotta be carefull, it's you flack..', she said, and holded her gun with a firm grip, waiting till flack gave the sign to burst in.

Mac and Nick both nodded, guns drawn. "You too...don't want to find myself having to stitch you with a shoelace again." Mac replied. "Long story" he told Nick, who just nodded, focused on trying to get his friends out of here alive. "I hate these small dark spaces" he muttered to no one in paticular.

Flack smiled then raised his gun, trying to ignore how hot Sofia looked, all determined with her gun raised. He cleared his throat quietly, and signelled to Sofia to start moving.
"I think it would be best if we move slowly, get right close, then burst in? What do you think?" He leaned his head to the side, causing his smile and frown to go slightly lopsided.

Danny took the ring out of his pocket and said, "You sure? If it's too soon we can wait." He opened the box again. "Lindsey 'Montana' Monroe, will you marry me?" He asked again, this time adding his nickname for her. He knew he should be happy but he was soo worried for her.

sofia was scared. her heart was pounding again, but not only because of this delko-adventure. flack was the only thing distracting her at the moment. his gun was drawn, and she was trying to focus. 'yes, i agree with you..', she whispered slowly, while moving towards the room with delko. when she was close to the room, she stopped. 'should we burst in now?', she asked, while looking desperately at flack.

Flack bit his lip and nodded slowly.
"Try and get a visual, we're is everyone?" He whispered so low that he could barely hear himself, as everything he did seemed ten times louder. His heart was pounding loudly, every time he blinked or walked sounded like thunder even his breath sounded loud. He craned his neck, trying to get any sort of visual from where he stood.

sofia concentrated and get a visual too. it was clear delko was doing something with calleigh, who was probably in the middle of the room. she heard danny messer on the left side, together with... lindsey Monroe, she thought. on the right, it was quiet. 'okay, i think he's in the middle. if we burst in, i'll go running to his front side, right before him. i think it's better if you run to his backside, so he can't escape. if he then wants to run to the left, he meets lindsey and danny, so he can't run to that side. if he wants to go to the right.. i don't know, i don't hear anybody from that side. that would be the side he's gonna try to run to. i guess that after he runned to that side, he's gonna circle around us, looking for the exit..', she whispered, moving closer to flack, to feel a bit safer.

((Btw, are who's with us? Is it me, Sofia, Mac, Nick, Sara? Becasue I swear I smiled at Mac when he quipped 'dont wanna sew you up again.'?))

Flack nodded and moved close to Sofia, and fought the temptation to put his arms around her. He raised his gun and together the tiptoed down the hallway right up to the door.

sofia bursted trough the door first, she was the one who had to be to the front of delko. her gun raised, she runned into the room, quietly. she felled flack coming after her, and nick and mac were coming too. there she stood, overlooking the whole room. lindsey and messer on the right, delko with calleigh in the middle. her eyes found delko, and she wanted to shoot him right now. but she couldn't, that would be against the rules..

Flack ran in behind Sofia, gun raised, and heard Mac and Nick run through with them. He was so tempted to put a bullet between Delko's eyes right there and then, but he fought the urge and just snarled,
"Games over Delko."

Delko all the sudden felt a sharp pain and the hear the sound of a gun being fired. H had shot him. And when the rest of the CSIs had gotten there that the game was up. "Haratio you will get yours in the end. You are responsible for all of the pain I've felt and you will pay for it. You have not seen the last of me. You will get yours in the end. You only ask like the hero to hide what you really know you are, a coward and the reason why so many are dead. I should have killed you when I had the chance." Delko could no longer hide his anger and hatred for Haratio. For now he had been beaten. With Calleigh, Sara, and Haratio out of the prision, they could navigate the other CSIs to it's location.

sofia saw delko being shot by H. the shot scared her, she couldn't think clear with bullets flying around. she saw Delko falling to the ground, hitting it with a baffling sound. the moment he lyed down, she cried again. with a loaded gun still in her hand she walked over to delko, where flack was too. she wanted to hide herself in flack's arms, just forget what just happened. she stood there, near delko. 'so, finally you pay for what you did!', she almost screamed at delko.

Flack's eyes were filled with hatred for Delko, and concern for Sofia. He kept his gun poised and pointed at Delko whilst he gave a small smile to the other CSI's.
"It's over Delko. It's Over." He repeated, more for his sake than anyone else's.

sofia just stood there, shaking. her hand with the loaded gun was shaking too. when flack told her it's over, she smiled through her tears. she kept professional, and 'picked' delko up from the ground. 'stand up', she muttered, while she roughly putted him into his handcuffs. she knew he was shot, but cuffing him was her first concern. she looked at the wound, it was bleeding, and it was too much to handle by one person. 'we should take him to the ER somewhere..', she said. she wanted him to die, but she couldn't do that, it wasn't part of her job to let the murderer get away with death...

Flack placed a hand on her shoulder and mouthed 'Its over hun' as he felt she needed something to cling to, anything. He glared at Delko before turning to the captive CSI's.
"Lindsey, hows the head? Do you want us to take you to the ER? And Messer can come to!" He grinned, relief washing over his face to see that they were all realatively unharmed.
