No she didn't plant the evidence because Sneller's DNA was on the page when he torn it out of the book.
The page and condom match and it was his DNA.
Thanks Adzix I heard about the alternate ending. It's something they do all the time. I just wish they would include deleted scene in their DVD set.

Hey everyone I didn't use to ship Grissom and Lady Heather but then it just sort of came to me! Haha, but yea I just watched Pirates and I only caught the end of it when Lady Heather was whipping that guys ass literally, and Grissom said "I'm saying stop". Woo, but yea that's when I knew that Lady Heather is so gonna come back and slap Sara right in the face (figuratively speaking... not that Lady Heather would ever do that, right?)

we upgraded our dish reciever and all my CSI episodes were LOST **gasp**
anyway
My husband recorded LHB for me and I caught the end

Gil really, really hurt her feelings and I don't blame Heather for being pissed at him.
Believe me, some people can hold grudges for years.
