When George said he'd always thought he'd like to dress like Cobra Kai for Halloween. Actually....I think I might like to see that.

I honestly didn't know who Cobra Kai was, so I'm glad you posted a picture!
And yes to the spandex one

My gosh... that interview on The Talk... the way he got nearly choked up when talking about his wife was so sweet. I teared up, honestly. :adore:

IMO, another episode that didn't have much for Nick to do. Seems like the guest star had more screen time than Nick did.

I did like Nick's scenes with Brass, Doc and Super Dave - wish we would get more of those. Liked his scene with the girl in the hospital too.

And, I thought he was rockin the v-neck t-shirt and those jeans. Liked his jacket too.

I gotta say, for all of the bravado in the episode, Nick was the toughest one just by taking a step toward that guy and saying, "Beat it!" :adore:

I don't mind him taking a back seat here and there like in the old days. Just not for too long. :shifty:  His character still adds a lot and seems to be quietly "in charge" despite (probably) not being a supervisor anymore.

I saw a little TV opinion piece asking how they might salvage the CSI franchise if it starts to go down, and they suggested collapsing all three shows into one, keeping the "heavy hitters" and George was listed with Ted and Marg as being among the current cast that should be kept. Which of course we know. :)

My boss even said that this morning...that Nick is one of the characters that would be missed if he wasn't there. I won't say which one(s) he said would not be missed. ;) He actually just got back from Vegas...did the CSI Experience on my advice and even brought his evidence sheet in to show me.

I like your boss and I don't even know him

I agree of course... Nick would be missed. George created a great character over the years. Just a few days ago I watched Anonymous from season 1 and I was like "Gosh, look at that change!" :)
He has grown so much over the years and he is someone you would miss simply because he brings so much to the show and every little scene he is in :)

And Smokey... I have a good idea which one(s) he wouldn't miss ;)

I know...I was watching "Assume Nothing" this afternoon at lunch and oh....Nick! I love it when Catherine says, "It doesn't look like a doghouse." But poor guy, screwing up like that.

Funny...when Grissom puts the quarter in the bed and lays down and tells Catherine he needs a few minutes, I could so see DB doing that today!

Yeah, DB would be doing it too  But I have to say that this scene when I first saw it kind of creeped me out... I mean what was this vibration thingy good for? Relaxing and... :alienblush: And he still laid down and... :wtf:

This episode is such a great example for Nick's growing process :)
He was so insecure the whole episode after he realised he screwed up... I really felt bad for him :(

But I liked that he was trying to make up for it :) Besides the mistake with the guy he did a great job on the case.

Cath was so good in it too! How she confronted Nick with his mistake was cool. She always knew how to deal with Nick and did it when Grissom wouldn't. That's why I like the relationship between Nick and Cath so much :)
