Hi ladies. I'm alive. Our internet just decided to stop working last Thursday. I initially thought that it would just fix itself. By Saturday though, my sister had had enough and tried to get in touch with ATT. She got a lot of automated stuff that didn't really help us. On Sunday she finally talked to an actual person and Monday afternoon someone finally came to look at everything.
My favorite is calling tech support when the internet goes out, and getting the phone message "for faster service, go to our website..."
Glad you got it all sorted out, and welcome back!
