Thanks Princess! I finally dug out my warm wool blanket this evening, so Nick can stay warm, if he doesn't mind sharing. ;)

Good Morning everyone. It's the quiet before the storm today.

blackflag, it was 3 years ago that every storm we had seemed to come out of Texas. That was the year we had so mcuh snow we lost the staff parking spot at the store :eek: We had to put the snow somewhere :eek:

Congrats on winning Raynn :) but isn't a Nick blanket better than a wool blanket :devil:

I'm slipping and sliding all over the place this morning with the ice, and they are saying the worst is yet to come.:eek: I'm hoping they let us go home before it hits.

I'm having annoying problems with our favourite photo imaging site. All my pics aren't loading and if I click on them they tell me I no longer own them :wtf: I just have to restart my browser and it usually fixes things but it's down right annoying :brickwall:

Not having any problems today. Had all my problems yesterday. Everything (not just pics - everything) was lined up on the left side of the screen and there was no upload button! :(

Yipes...I'm listening to the ice cracking on the trees outside and hoping they don't come down like they are all over town tonight. Also hoping that my power doesn't go out like at my brother's!

Went to take down the blind in Christopher's room and ended up disconnecting the TV! Water is coming in all along the top of his windows (TV is under the windows)!

We got off lightly on the storm. Instead of 20-30cms we only got 10-20cm. Driving to the store this morning was breeze. There was hardly any traffic on the roads and there still isn't a lot. Hopefully the drive home will just be as easy.
