Well, I have company and just woke up from a nap. Yeah, nap...that's it.

Trying not to peek at pics, so I'll have to post my own.

Stokes4Me...pretty avi! :)

Why thanks Smokey, but I can't take credit because it goes out to beelikej over at LiveJournal . I am not smart like that, making banners and avatars so I have to snag 'em :alienblush:

Pretty pics to make it legal

Good Morning y'all :)

It's got to be good when it's not snow here :D

Soktes4Me it took me quite a while before I figure out how to make my own avatars. I use paint to size my pics and either Picnik or photobucket to decorate them. When you do try and make your own you'll see how easy it is :)

oh how lovely :)

Well, you made a nice choice, so you get credit for that!

Two (Does "swimming in a pool of partially hydrogenated dead guy" count as outside?)

It counts as much as a truck, as long as it's not in the garage!

Oh, I hate to give him up on a bright, sunny morning like this, but I won't be greedy. On to the winners!

Jacqui - for your TAIEntitled great close up that shows off the ear AND nose!
Kristine - for your Woulda,C,S sunnies pic. Lovely!
Bookgirl - he's all business here!
Yoshi - mmmm...it's the hair. And the clothes. Zipper porn! :D
Jacquie - oh he could be a catalog model here! Nice, pretty, well-fitting clothes.

So then it was down to three that had really pretty colors in them. I like nice and artsy. :) Runners up, should the winner be unable to fulfill her duties, are Princess with this pretty in pink shot, and Stokes4Me with this yellowy/aqua shot.

Which leaves Nick heading for Chicago to visit Speedy for this very artsy, two-tone green, profile shot. So out of the way, everyone, here he comes!

By the way, he's well fed but I can't promise well rested. :D

ETA: Jacquie posted another catalog shot while I was perusing! :) Nice!

Thanks for the advice Jacquie! I don't have Paint and I've never used it though.... I have tried to resize the pics of my choice over at PB to make a banner but wasn't successful - oh I am daft when it comes to these things and I am in awe of those of you who make such pretty, gorgeous avis and banners:thumbsup:!

Oh and hey! Congrats Speedy on your win!:)

Ohhhh...banners are still tough for me. It's hard to get the sizing right. But in Photobucket you can crop a pic to a square, then resize it to 100 or 140 square, then just play around with the effects they have there (or at Picnic). Add a bit of text and voila! I'm sure you can do it! :)

Some cowboy goodies to look at. :)

Thank you for the tip Smokey and for the faith you seem to have in my abilities :)!

And aww...Shorty...I finally got to see Monte Walsh yesterday, didn't cap at all though, but I'm gonna!

Don't want to be hosed
