Has anyone seen the first responders ad Gary's in with a bunch of other actors? He's only onscreen for one turn, but it's still a good commercial. It's very much along the lines of what he talked about on 60 Minutes, with all of them just playing parts and knowing they can go home at the end of the day, but it's not always that way in real life and the real FR's face a lot of danger. I don't recall the organization's exact name, but I keep hoping the ad will air again.

EDIT: I still see a message button on the FB page. Maybe you're in luck LOL

No, I didn't see the ad. On GS's main FB page, there is no longer a button. There is one on the GSF FB page, I did send a message asking when he and the band would come to San Diego. No, I didn't expect to get a response but I just figured, what the heck. :)

I really hope the FB person who has the cover photo of a bare Gary isn't causing him problems and I hope he didn't decide to get rid of the message button because of her. I saw post this morning from her stating that she was sorry and that she removed the post but now, the post is gone. Anyone have any idea what that is about?

Oh, I was looking at this one

But this is the official

Sometimes it's dang hard to tell with so many out there.

At least we can still write on the wall.

Do you mean the "A Midnight Clear" picture that was mentioned here earlier?

Not the first link you showed but I bet sometimes soon, all the GS sites will get rid of the message, even the fan page.

Yeah, it is hard to tell with all those with the same name. I am glad we can write on the wall.

I do mean the "A Midnight Clear" picture that was mentioned. I just find it curious that comment was on there this morning and now it's gone.

I'm assuming you're referring to the PSA he did with Dennis Franz, Joe Mantegna, Dennis Farina, William Petersen & Tom Dreesen. It's the 100 Club--they provide financial support for families of police officers & firefighters killed in the line of duty.

You can see the video here (at 1:42) and here. :)

Cool, thanks.

It could also be related to the problem stuff during his recovery...if they were posting those messages on the wall, I hope they weren't messaging worse stuff. People are so stupid sometimes.

I don't think the local media covered this but I'm unhappy to see that Gary did visit San Diego. I did searches on the web and local media sites, nothing.

But he went to visit the troops in the hospitals and here is a tweet that was posted. Musta been a private event kind of thing.

Don't know how to post a photo from twitter.

EDIT: And the GSF calendar got updated and he was in San Diego Wednesday and Thursday.

Here ya go! :D

Thank you Jade!! :)

I will be posting some pics from a FB photo page but I want to put them in a folder first in a few days.

The poster just posted something nice to Gary then posted something really strange towards the end. This is the same one who still has that cover photo of our guy that she shouldn't have up.

This is her post: Mr Sinise, you are a wonderful person, your heart know's no bound's, you give without wanting, you love without wanting love back, you serve without being asked, you are a person we should all want to be. If there were more like you in this world, then there would not be the hardship that there is. If there were more who thought of other's (like yourself), then there would not be as many people on the street's,or in need, who need help. If we gave as much as you, then there would be hope for all. Thank you Sir for everything that you and your band do............. From me...... all I can say is thankyou, for helping me in a way that you will never know, and please, with all my heart, take care of yourself and family. Blessing's from a witch, and with mother earth, may you have a very happy , long life. XXX

This is from the Steppenwolf FB site but I could have sworn this was also on the GS page as well as the GS fan page. Just a few days ago it was Laurie Metcalf's birthday.

This photo is from his secret trip to San Diego from a few short weeks ago, is it me or is he gaining some weight?
