Here's another A taxi driver was called to take a group of passengers to the train station. The station is normally an hour away, but with traffic being extra heavy, it took a full hour and a half. On the return trip the traffic was still as heavy and yet it took only 90 minutes. Why?

None it was Noah's Ark. Now I'm stuggling to read or understand this one. I'm not sure if anythings missing or not... but is it because he jumped out of a first story window? Otherwise... I'm really lost as to why they didn't arrest him. Because suicide is illegal but he wasn't successful so there was no real crime? I'm really reaching here...
