that was what I was trying to think of, but I'd forgotten the title. Thanks for posting it for me. I read it as well. And she wrote a sequel called CSI Effect but I've no idea if it's out yet.

A good show for the anthropology angle is Skeleton Stories on Discovery Health. Dr.G, Medical Examiner covers the pathology angle.

I also forgot about New Detectives on regular Discovery...not sure if it's still on or not.

"The Csi Effect" is alredy out. Check the Sociology shelves of Barnes & Noble!

What channel is Court Tv?
You would have to contact your local cable company or check local listings to find that out. It varies from one system to another. Or if you have DirectTV or Dish Network, see their listings.

Dynamo,
I use Comcast.

VManso, I checked TV Guide online listings, Yahoo listings, and Comcast website itself, and none of them shows that they carry the Court TV cable channel. You will have to call Comcast and see if they have plans to carry it in the near future. Or see if Court TV provides legal downloads anywhere on the internet.

Dynamo ,
I did a check in the web and found that Court TV is owned by Turner of TBS , but thanks , anyhow! By the way, the channel on which it is to be found is , I think, 49.

According to the comcast.com website, 49 is A&E. At least that helps you see earlier episodes of CSI Miami and Crossing Jordan.

Just a guess, but would it be channel 5...

As I mentioned before, Comcast does not list Court TV on their website for the system in your area. You will have to call your local cable office to find out if they plan to carry it.

Oh, oh I just thought of something else! It's not exactly a forensic science book, but another great read is the book "Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers" by Mary Roach. Fun and educational, just like CSI.

Forensics Guy,
How do you make links to Forensics sites at your site? I used to know but I seem to have forgotten how.
