Flack/Monroe #2 - It's a Block Party Thing!

I think that anything Flack did would be cute, especially if he did something for Lindsay. For some reason, I can see him being very romantic around her, although he might be kind of awkward about it at first.

Random Question(s): Who do you think would make the first move? Who would ask who for the first date, and where would they go?
 
ok After rewatching last Wednesday's episode here is what I saw.

At the begininning when Lindsay & Stella walk into the jewely store. Flack looks at Lindsay then to Stella for a second then continues with telling them the vit had a kid 2 weeks ago & this was his second day back. All that time looking at Lindsay. And you then see her looking directly back at him. (had me thinking he knows her better than before. Maybe they shared a little bit of their pasts while he was getting better.)

Oh and when she says 'I don't remember Holly Golightly ever robbing a jeweley store.' looking at Flack. (makes me think of the Breakfast at Tiffany song by Deep Blue Something. So another song for FM!)

And the small look on Flack's face when Lindsay was like I'll do it. Then when he is talking to Stella about the flash bomb. "It won't go off until Det. Monroe sets the bag down"

Now the scene with Danny asking Lindsay why she was doing this minds me of Flack. He is trying to explain it isn't her job. And 'Well it is now.' Lindsay is just as into her job as Flack is to his.

The scene in the Van isn't exactly the same as the promo for it. So will read into the best way I can. I'm going to read from the promo that Flack was calling for back up first but in the aired episode he was holding the radio in his hand up to his mouth looking worried.

So now you guys can tell me if I'm crazy or if I missed anything. ;)

And I was thinking of making another fanmix, oh -- the luck! I am just swimming in it. I love that song, too. Which reminds me, I have to email the first fanmix to somebody... Hm.

To me, that seems like such a good way (a canon way, at least) for them to get together. I mean, I write all these random fic things where they get drunk and have dirty, dirty sex. But Lindsay and Flack getting to know each other while he's recovering -- that's good. It's very natural, and to me, it seems that it would start of slow. Like, "what's your favorite color" to "jesus, i hate my father and i'm sick of living in his shadow."

So, you know. I don't think you missed anything. And you're not crazy. I just think that Flack and Lindsay should get down to the dirty dirty sex sooner so I don't have to keep on writing it! Not that I mind, because I'm not having any.

I agree they should just have hot sex together but if they don't give it to us. Then we need you to keep up the stories! ;) You know I will read them! :lol:

The way they're looking at each other makes me squee just a little bit. There's so much in that look. I mean, maybe it's just me, but I don't see as much connection in the DL looks. I don't know. And, okay -- I have to have someone make me a FM Radio avatar asap with those first two pics CSI_Watcher_8 provided. Ugh. It's going to drive me crazy.

Randon Question: If Flack and Lindsay had a fight of epic proportions, what do you think it would be about and who do you think would apologize first?
 
What pictures? *blinks* Can I drive you crazy for no particular reason really?

Fight wise- I really dunno, theres a million possible answers for that, and for apologize wise, I say Lindsay will be, but you never know she might be the type that gets all pissy and is all, "screw off" and Flackie will buy her flowers. :D
 
They would probably fight about that one time Flack was flirting with those girls and my guess this would be a recurring fight. As who would apologize? Flack, because it’s all his fault he should only have eyes for Lindsay.

I honestly don't know what would let to a huge fight between the two. They have similar work ethics so I don't think it would be about work.

Like Feenx I could see Lindsay get angry if a girl was hitting on him right in front of her and he didn't stop it. Or the other way around.
 
Hello People,

Ok my first thoughts about last night's episode. In my FM mind she stood up Danny because she was taking care of Flack. He did sound like he had a little cold in the beginning. (ML side didn't get much this episode & the DL side is looking at this as Angst)

And she may like Danny alot. But I say she can't let herself be with Danny because of her past but she can be with Flack. Maybe Flack knows a little bit more about Lindsay than Danny. Because he had looks like he was thinking something and then it seemed that the camera would then go to Lindsay behind the glass. ;)

Ok tell me what you think. And I will of course try and take a second look and maybe come back with more thoughts and maybe some pics. ;)

For me, the whole scene with the mirror was symbolism. You have Lindsay watching this whole thing play out. Flack and Danny, best friends, interviewing this guy who killed his girlfriend of years, because of jealousy and rage that she was with another man. Love destroyed them.

Danny wants Lindsay, but Lindsay (since S2) has been denying him. She doesn't want him. Lindsay wants Flack, and the two of them may or may not already be in a relationship already. I mean, we had those looks in "Not What It Looks Like." She won't let love come between any of them, not the friendship Danny and Flack have, and she's too unsure of what she has with Flack to risk it.
 
I agree, she's not sure of what it is they have so she doesn't want to be all risky with it all.

My version of why Linds turned down Danny is because she's sleeping with Flack. :D

The first thing that I thought of when I read that was "Dude, who isn't?" Does that reveal to you how immature I am on the inside? XD

But you know, I think that Flack and Lindsay got really close during the offseason while he was recovering. They had chemistry before, but this season it's more pronounced and they have meaningful looks and they smile a lot at each other. It's great. The friendship's building, she shot down Danny... If only TPTB weren't DL shippers!

Also: I've finalized that I'm making another FM Radio mix, but I've decided to make it an EP and not a full mix. An EP is less than eight songs. Here's the playlist. I'm just waiting for someone to make the album art, and then I'll post it everywhere.
