ok, i think we've done how the families would react to flack/lindsay respectively, but how do you think the families would react to the opposite person's family?

because i didn't feel that made any sense, i'll put it in english. how do you think the flacks would react to the monroes and vice versa?

 

I think since unless the Monroes aren't farmers both families believe in their kids and doing what's in the family. Being Flack's cop family approves because he is a cop. The Monroe's probably have a problem with Lindsay being a CSI.

I can so picture Flack's mother showing his baby pictures to Lindsay over dinner.

 

oh, lord. and telling every embarrassing story ever occuring in his childhood. it would be completely over the top, and adorable.

i have come to the conclusion that if they ever did show us mama flack and she isn't this tiny little italian lady who completely smothers her son, that there's something horribly wrong. TPTB cannot bring in a mother who's any other way.

flack's too damn good-looking. it's the only mother that would work.

 

Flack mother would explain so much about him. I wonder then which of Lindsay's parents she is like then?

I say more like her mom, but she has alot of her dad in her as well.

 

i think she's probably a lot like her dad. they seem very close from what little snipets they've given us, and...yeah. that's what i think.

Don't worry IluvRR my brain is never functioning. Trying another topic (I know crazy) If we found out about Lindsay Dark Secret how well or bad do you think Flack would handle it?

 

I think he would handle it pretty professionally. I think he would feel bad, but he wouldn't show it outwardly.

 

does anyone have a general idea of what said dark secret is? because i haven't a clue.

then i might be able to get a better gauge on this.

 

Don't know what the secret but there is a thread (the soundbox) where you can talk about it. I wonder what would have to happen for Flack to actually outwardly get emotional?

I read somewhere that her "Bloddy Secret" has something to do with blood. I think I read it in a interview with Anna on this site...

 

I think it was in "Manhattan Manhunt" that Lindsay said she had seen a far worse crime scene than the five kids all shot in the back of the head, with all the blood everywhere. Danny thought Mac was trying to protect her sensibilities, sending her into the lab to do trace, and Lindsay said she's seen far worse.

I've said that I think Lindsay's secret is something Crossing Jordan-ish, with someone she knew/loved having been murdered horribly and the case having gone cold.
