Pilgrim, i love the movie Brassed Off! All the pieces on it are amazing. I've tried to play a few of them - not as easy as it looks. :lol:

My favorite places in the world include the Canadian Rockies (Specifically Jasper), Campbell River in BC, and I loved it in Saskatchewan. (I got go horseback riding around ten thousand acres of wide sky, large hills and everywhere you looked there were antelope) :)

My favorite place is either Estes Park, Colorado (Rocky Mountains) or Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, Tennennesse (Smokey Mountains). Anything to do with the mountains.. so quiet and beautiful in the mountains.
 
My favourite place is my bed. I think it's about time I get a study table fixed there. It's a loft bed so I'm expected to climb up and down the ladder just to get an eraser or something. Lol! It's my sanctuary for now :).
 
Mine would have to be London. I was born there, and it always has a special place in my heart.

Glad you saw the post. That was one of the best movies. I discussed it on another board with folks who watch Poirot and love Phillip Jackson but they loved the rest of the cast too. I like how brass bands are a tradition in Britain. Like in Full Monty.
