"Fannysmackin" Discussion **SPOILERS**

Unfortunately, not having seen the pic before yesterday, I can't comment on whether or not Greg ever had bruises on his face. Interesting that they'd change it and change it back. I didn't mean to imply (if you were referring to my post) that Greg had anything to do with Play Dead, just pointing out the location of the sign by saying it was above Greg.

The casino thing does pull in this season. Which is odd if this was supposed to be for Season 6.

Anyway, I'm interested in what other changes might have happened to the picture, especially regarding any speculation for Fannysmackin'.

Someone asked for the link: http://www.cbs.com/primetime/csi/diner/

There were bruises and/or blood on Greg's face at one point. As well as the disappearing hotel. I do think that all the clues from the pic that we just thought were thrown in there have something to do with this season.

But thats just my thoughts so.. who knows?

See, that's what I was thinking, the hotel disappearing, the bruises, that was supposed to be season 6, but that is, to me, season 7.

Those kids, beating people to death and nearly to death just because "There's nothing else to do" was just so shamful and sad. How can kids today be so heartless and uncaring?

Greg is lucky that they just walked away, I mean he hurt one of their friends (maybe they didn't care about him either?) he's kucky they didn't keep hitting him until...

A) He was dead
B) until the police stopped them

Greg is lucky to be alive.

I'd also like to add that we are lucky he is alive.

At least, I know I am. And I know there are quite a few of you who are with me on that one ;)

Oh yes, he is lucky they didn't kill him (and totally agree, we are too), I was surprised when he scratched the guy that he didn't turn around and do more to him.

And their friend, honestly, when there are people with such and obvious disregard for life, meaning, they would do something like that because they are bored and think it's a joke and funny, I doubt they even really cared about him, and that is almost as sad as what they did to Greg, and the other victims.

The fact that those creeps left the scene after beating up Greg without even checking up on their supposed injured friend tells me that they are like sociopaths - completely devoid of feelings for others. Society is much better off with those creatures behind bars for a long, long time.

Greg was very lucky that they didn't injure him more. In fact, he was fortunate that he didn't lose any teeth because they clearly kicked him in the face. It was amazing that he apparently didn't have any broken bones.

Toots, I swear I was thinking the same thing about his teeth, that next day with Sara, when he was talking I said, wow, he's lucky he didn't lose any or are atleast lose..maybe the 5 years of braces helped, but still, I think that the vest, as non-padded as it may be, kind of helped him..especially with those kidney punches they gave him. Oh, now that makes me cringe just thinking about that.

They clearly are sociopaths, and what the sad thing is, most were juveniles, as if someone's age means that they can get away with doing that and it's okay, if they are old enough to go out at all hours of the night, pick someone out, and plan something like that, well, guess what, then they're old enough to go to big boy jail, where they'll see they're not so tough after all.

The more I think about the fact that they were actually laughing when it was going on the more it makes me sick to my stomach.

I thought i had posted this before, but I didn't see it go through:

I was just watching "fannysmacking" on innertube and had a question about the scene between Greg and Katherine when he comes in to work after testifying at the trial and having dinner with the female prosecuting attorney. After Katherine asks if the attorney is female, Greg says she was "icing"--does the mean she was "icing on the cake" because his day had gone so well (his testimony convicted the guy on trial), or did it mean something else? Thanks, and sorry if this is a repeat.

When he said "Icing" I thought he had meant she was excited about the case, because then he said "I was just excited because I got see the case from the lab to the court" I was thinking it was a slang term for being excited about the case or happy the guy is going behind bars. But that's just me.

He either meant she was "icing" like icing on the cake, the topper to a good day, or maybe in the way he kind of blew it off, that he had a good time and that was about it, because he really was much more excited about the case.

Thanks Kara and Speakerset. I wanted to make sure I understood what that comment meant because I wanted to write a fanfic based on Greg and the attorney. I just posted it over on the fanfic thread under "My first fanfic ever--Greggo/Fannysmackin' related" if you want to check it out. Feedback appreciated.

I was wondering...did Greg really know " that Sidle scent " or did he hear Sara talking to Sofia and decided even in his battered condition,to take advantage of the situation and tug on Sara's heart strings? Or is Greg that clever?
