"Fannysmackin" Discussion **SPOILERS**

Also keep in mind that pro-wrestling--while it does involve athletics and run some risk of injury, is just as choreographed and scripted as any other tv show, so I don't think K-fed suffered any more violence in real life than his character "Pig" did. But it's still sweet revenge.

On the other hand, that being said, several posters on this and other topics have mentioned how "cute" Greg looks with his bruises--which if you think about it is a little disturbing. It can be taken as saying--"You're cute, but even cuter once the stuffing is beaten out of you". I realize that the draw is likely to Greg's sensitivity and vulnerability right now, and who can resist those puppy-dog eyes of his, but to say he looks cute with bruises, that's a little much. That's my two cents.
 
The reason for the request regarding mentioning the actors name vs mentioning the characters name, while they are connected bodily, the fact of the matter is the character is fictional (violence to them is fictional), while on the other hand The star (or guest star) is real and wishing, wanting, ect violence upon them doesn't jive with the rules of the board for Show Criticism. ;)
 
I really do like that they are continuing Fannysmackin', not letting something like that happen and not following it up, and not just a little mention here and there, so I totally give it up to them for really following up that incident and that episode well.
 
Also with the follow ups maybe that means that Greg will be in each episode more now since what's happened to him.

I only just now went to the site and looked at that pic so I don't know if it's changed now from what it was at first. But Greg doesn't look all that bruised and I can't make out what is in his pocket. Did you notice though that only four things change when you move your mouse over everything (with the square that zooms you in): 1) Sara's head is turned toward...Grissom. 2) Grissom's head is turned toward Sara (and his hand moves) 3) The sign behind Greg changes from PLAY to DEAD. And 4) One of the casinos disappears.

Not sure what the last two mean (except that a casino was blown up) but I'm betting the greatest spoiler (for last season) is the Grissom/Sara thing. There's also GG+? on the stool beside the dead guy. Gil Grissom + ? (Sara, of course).

It would be cool to think they've hidden several spoilers though. Like the casino. I just can't see anything really for Fannysmackin'.

I for one just meant that even all his bruises it did not ruin his good looks. You could still see how cute/handsome/adorable he is reguardless of the bruises. to me it did not mean what you are implying. I hated seeing Greg hurt.
 
But that was supposed to be the season 6 clues, but with the casino gone (in this season) and that sign, oh damn, because, I'm hoping that really doesn't have anything to do with Greg only because between that look on Demetrius' brother's face at the end of the epi and the fact they are giving him a huge storyline..sometimes that really doesn't bode well for a character.

In the first place, that wrestler, is my favorite. Nothing says Karma than being FU-ed on LIVE TV. In the first place, K-Fed said that he'd like to see Cena's title on the line. Dumbass... (K-Fed).
 
About the Diner pic, I was only saying that at some point the picture changed and Greg had bruises on his face, then the picture changed again (to what you see now).

I wasn't saying something bad would happen (again??) to Greg, or Eric for that matter. The play/dead thing is still a mystery, but I don't see its connection to Greg. I doubt it has something to do with Greg.
I was merely suggesting that maybe the bruised Greg in the diner is a clue to Fannysmackin'... Though unlikely, but who knows? I just wonder what you guys think :)
 
When I saw him in that photo, I thought something was going to happen to him in the season six. That was my first reaction because of the blood on his face. But I think that it could've had something to do with this episode.
