Eva/Natalia #2: History Aside, She's Making a Good One!

I'd really hate to see her character being ignored result in Eva making a decision like Khandi and leave us.

I wouldn't either, but Eva has numerous things to take into consideration if she chose to leave. She's a single Mom, & she was terrified when she quit All My Children & made the move to LA without a job. I couldn't see her quitting unless she already had something to move on to.
& let me just tell you that if all this nonsence from the past 2 seasons makes her quit I will personally beat down the door to the writers room & let them have it!

Hello everyone!

I'm not new on forum, but i'm new in this thread. I don't like Natalia when i found out she was mole, but after that with every new ep i start like her. It's so sad that tptb don't give her storylines, she deserve it! :scream:

Now i start looking on LJ some communitys with her and don't find any. Oh no, i found two, but they don't updates very long time. So i decide made my own. I don't know yet would it challenge community or just community with news about her, but any way, i hope you guys help me. I need links on Evas sites and where i can find gallery with her photos? (not just from Miami. Any show, red carpet, etc pics).

Okay. So what the heck is going on and why aren't we seeing more Natalia?

Eva needs a storyline here. It's time. I'm thinking they should really look at next season and find a way to explore and evolve her character. I could see Eva evolving into a character like the one on In Plain Sight. Smart, quick, sassy and physically capable.

Eva has been a real trooper when it comes to supporting the show, doing interviews and the like whenever called upon. It's time for TPTB to show somekind of gratitude for all of that loyalty.

I don't know what the *bleep* is goin' on, but this is just crap.
I see no good reason for it, at all. Back in the day, it was ok that she only processed DNA (a scene here, a scene there), but she is a CSI now -- why isn't she out in the field, talking to suspects, or interrogating??!!
These last 2 episodes have shown her as merely an extra helping the team.

There were plenty of scenes just in this last epi where they could've appropriatly slid her in. She's the one who first discovered the hair mites, yet after that, she was no where to be seen. It would have made sense for her to be present in the scenes where they figured out where those mites actually came from.

Is there no room for an arc in this crammed season? Maybe-- but that doesn't mean she should be reduced to such very little screentime.

No problem-o! I'm not exactly sure what she's doing there, but I know that it was at the 4th Annual "InConcert" to benefit Project Angel Food. Maybe it was stand up comedy? Anyway... here's another picture:

I actually miss staying up 'till 11 o'clock on Monday nights to watch a show I used to love. And the only reason I loved that show was, well, because of Eva/Natalia. Ever since they started limiting her to thirty seconds an episode, I stopped watching. I'd like to start again, but they're really making it hard to.

Sure, you can have those... as long as I get her genes! I want to look that good when I'm in my forties.

^^ I saw that! She looks beautiful.

That dress made Eva #2 on some website for African-American women (yeah, I know, I didn't get it either) all the same...it was out out of a top 5 list; Michelle Obama took #1. There's a link on Eva's website.

What an incredibily beautiful woman! I'm so jealous. I'd give anything just to have that beautiful skin tone.

Talent and beauty. She's got it all. Now if it were just recognized by TPTB and put to good use!

If they gave Natalia as much screen time as they do Calleigh every episode, I'd be a much happier fan. My respect for Natalia has grown so much since she first came on the show. Watching her struggle to do the right thing as the "mole", investing herself totally in becoming a CSI, committing to learning to shoot a firearm properly. She's just grown in every way.

Unfortunately I've lost all respect for Calleigh who is isn't anything close to the character I use to so admire. So every chance I get to see Natalia is such a treat! More Natalia, please! Oh, and find a reason for her to put on a gown. Just once. Policeman's Ball? She'd have all the guys drooling.

I like the idea, Delynn. I'd love to see her out on the town all dressed up, even if was just a simple but flattering little black dress.

That she has, & I really hope TPTB don't put it to waste. I don't see the point in them keeping her & putting what little they have in her character for her just to sit in the background. Makes no sense to me. I sure hope they have something in the works.
Her character has barely been touched (though they've bothered to get her started at least) -- there's so much development & potential storylines to play out with her. Damn, take advantage of it -- this show needs a refreshment, & definitly needs new material.
Natalia is that "whole enchilada" character - she's capable of having just about any kind of storyline.
