Eric/Ryan Slash--Unresolved Tension

Pc's are fantastic when they work, but when they don't they are just the worst thing. I sympathise, inge .

Under Suspicion was still in the snappy tension mode, but we did at least find out about Ryan's student loans. And Eric should just open up to Ryan about why he hasn't got the money to pay him back just yet. It's one of those moments you end up shouting at them not to be so dense. They're a frustrating pair. :rolleyes:

There's not much Hardy Boys love in Felony Flight, but Nailed is well worth waiting for. It's a total turning point. :p

I can just see Eric pretending that he'd only kiss Ryan because he had to, but getting ready to trample down anyone who got in his way. :D

Silencer was on last night, so that's my viewing for today - looking forward to seeing the blog scene at last. I really thought it was supposed to be in Urban Hellraisers. I was getting quite indignant when it didn't appear - I thought it had been edited out. I had to check up here to see what episode it was really in. :eek:

Silencer. :D I wasn't disappointed at all. Ryan was obviously bothered by finding Eric and Natalia flirting in the evidence locker. I would probably have walked out too, the way they were behaving. I think Eric was doing it on purpose to make Ryan jealous :devil:. And then they went to the pharmaceutical place together and didn't talk about it. But the atmosphere was strained. And the blog scene where they are talking about it, but not Talking About It. Not really. Don't they make you want to tear your hair out? :mad: But at least they were joking, teasing each other. The connection was there. They're so frustrating!

And Ryan winks! But at the wrong man! Silly boy! :rolleyes:

Do you like my banner? I had a mega-icon-and-banner-making session yesterday. It was my day off, and tipping down with rain, and the words weren't working for my fic, so now I've got enough little pics to post on my lj. I hope to do that at the weekend. :D If it works how I think it works. If not, I might contact you for some advice, athlov .

Silencer, is definitely one of my favourite episodes, I use it several of my fics because the Hardy Boys action is just soooo obvious and real!

I love the tension and the suspense and the jokes with the underlying meaning behind every word and *dreamy sigh* it's one of the best Hardy Boys episodes I've ever seen :D

the scene in the elevator is so funny. Eric wanted to hit him (or maybe something else) and ryan just smirked.

oh, I also want to see 'silencer', but I have to wait a few weeks (maybe months). :(
I can watch all the tension.
I know we can't have a romance, but I want to see some friendly and funny scenes between them and jokes running between them.
I looked through caps from 'If looks could kill' and it seems that they had only one scene together.

Ah, that's good news. I'm still a little foggy about some of the rules. :confused: It was a bit like when you look round and everyone you thought was standing there is gone. :eek: All of a sudden it was ever so quiet here. Normally we're quite noisy - it was odd.

Both Silencer and Three-Way are excellent Hardy Boys episodes. Plenty of blistering electricity! :p You can almost hear the sexual tension crackling in Three-Way. In Silencer, it's an ever-so-nearly-but-not-quite episode. Eric's trying to make Ryan jealous - I'm sure he is. And then Ryan pokes back at Eric, saying that he was thinking about asking Natalia out, and then that office relationships end badly. But at least they're talking, teasing, on good terms. Now, if Ryan can try out his winking on Eric, having practised it on the chemist, everything will be fine. :D

I saw a preview with eric smiling at him from the end scene. so cute.

yes, there was a lot of tension in 'three way'. eric looked so mad while ryan was talking to the female officer. :lol:

Nailed is all-time brilliant when it comes to Hardy Boys. There's such a journey in their relationship during the course of the episode. You have to wonder what happens after they leave the hospital. A bit of hurt/comfort? :p

And I loved that clip of the beachwalk. I could watch it again and again. Thanks for pointing the way, inge . :D

yes Ali, I agree, it took them a long time to became friends. hope, they don't make some major steps backwards because this would be soo frustrating.
some figths are nice and usual but not the way they used to be. (season 3 for ex)

Well this ep we got a little bit of Hardy Boys action. At least they had a scene together. OH Eric was teaching Ryan stuff about prints. I wonder what else he has taught him....
OH and next week looks like a lot of r/e action. I can't wait for this one. They really seem to be getting along so well this season. I was hoping we'd see eric sad over his sister and maybe ryan would console him..He's actually taken her death quite well I think.

I wanted to ask, if anyone knows, how is Eric behaving in S5? I've got an idea, you see, that something's going on with Ryan. In S4, Eric was all snappy at the start of the season, with no real explanation, and it gradually turned out that Marisol was ill. Now Ryan's grumpy and pushy. I'm wondering if there's something going to raise up from his background. If Eric's calmed down, it could be that the focus is going to be shifted to Ryan. I won't complain if that happens, but I hope it wouldn't be anything too bad.

But if there is something upsetting Ryan, what a chance for Eric to step in and ... look after him. :devil:

I'm glad that they seem to be getting on well, Twiz . And I don't think that it's just forensic details that Eric should be showing Ryan. :devil: :devil: Eric's coping well with Marisol's death? Apart from haring off to Rio to kill her killer, yes. :rolleyes: I'm just glad he came back in one piece.

ETA - Sorry. Little rant. I just can't get over what a stupid thing to do that was. :eek:

I think you miss not nothing. there wasn't very much eric/ryan scenes in the last two episodes.

Ali your theory sounds good. Maybe it's true. He really is a little bit grumpy and pushy since 'one of our own'. Maybe it has to do with Natalia.

Did anyone else see the trailer? eric and ryan alone at the graveyard. maybe we see in this episode some eric/ryan scenes.

I thought I'd start of my time here with a question about our boys:

If Ryan and Eric were a couple and had been dating for a while what could make Ryan leave Eric?
As in little to no hope of getting back together?

Swift and Athlov will have heard this question before but I was just wondering what the rest of you thought.
