Eric/Ryan Slash--Unresolved Tension

I like the pic birthday girl and you're so right.
the funny thing is that they didn't share a scene till 'hell night' after this scene in 'under the influence'. correct me, if I'm wrong.

question for all the shippers here:
when was the first time you thought that there is something between them? or when did you start shipping them? :)

You're right
because Under the Influence they only share that scene, because Ryan works with Calleigh after that
and in Murder in A Flash you only see him for about 10 seconds
so the next Episode is Hell Night, the next episode where they share a scene together

the first time I got addicted by The Hardy Boys was because of a fanfic, winner for Ryan/Eric in the CSI Fanfic Awards of 2005

I can't remember the name of it, nor the writer

after that I started looking at episodes with a new angle and I saw all the slashy goodness moments :D After that I was totally hooked ^^

I read the story you mentioned. It was funny. I don't remeber the title or writer either.

Same here. I started reading Ryan/Eric fics because I was bored and I'm reading everything with ryan. Then I read the thread. I watched the episodes and there were definitely some slashy moments between them.
I'm not a die hard shipper but it's funny to ship them. :p
and I like all fics
BTW new update! cool but very, very dark and sad. :(

I know, I'm not sure it's going to be better in the next chapters

I'm a die hard Ryan/Eric shipper though (although I don't really think they'll get together in the series, the writers are just to stupid)

I do check every shipping thread that has anything to do with Ryan :D

^^ I also check every ship with Ryan. :)
The writers are too cowardly to get two men together on television and you don't know if the actors would agree.

I hope that your fic has a happy end.... :(

Thanks for all the birthday wishes, guys! *happy happy* :D :D It was a fun day. :D

Hmmm... I can't remember when I first started shipping Eric/Ryan. It wasn't that long ago... I think I was also looking for any Ryan fics I could get my hands on, and wasa like "Hey... Eric/Ryan, eh? Hmmm... me likey :p "

I tend not to notice their potentially shippy moments when the episode first airs, but I loved going back and being like "Whoa, where did THAT come from! So much chemistry, and I'm not talking about the lab work on evidence ;) "

Plus, I still get a kick out of how they walk in sync all the time.

Also, both Jon and Adam are yummy, so it just makes sense to want to see lots of scenes of them together. :D

ETA: And I STILL can't remember that quote! Makes me sad. :( Well, I guess there's only one solution: Watch every single Eric/Ryan scene until I find it!. :D  But first, need sleep. Oh, so much sleep deprivedness... maybe I'll dream Hardy Boy-ishness. :p

a silly post to keep this thread alive:

I know why Ryan 'stole' the evidence in 'sex and taxes'. Eric ignored him and he wanted to draw some attention. :D

*grins* :D
yes, quite right

Ryan had to get some attention drawn to himself, even it was with stealing Eric's evidence :D

you know, there is still scene in Nailed where Ryan and Eric are standing in the hall and are having this face down, well right before he leaves Ryan twitches his right eye, like he wants to wink but decides not to at the last minute and just smirks :D

the sneaky little bastard :D

Personally, I don't see the chemistry between Eric and Speed, no offence to the Eric/Speed shippers, but I just don't see it

I find that the chemistry between Eric and Ryan is much greater, especially because of all the bitchy and tense moments :D

^^ Totally agree.

I saw 'whacked' yesterday and this episode is the most anit-hardy boys episode ever. Eric was not bitchy, he was just mean. There was no tension and no sparks. :(

Whacked? I can't exactly remember that one hm...
could you tell me what happened?

they're still going on with reruns here and it's still Speed and not Ryan and it's making me crazy

'whacked' was the episode with the axe-murder.
It was Speedle's case.
Delko was mean to him and ryan said to him that he didn't want to compete with a dead man.
Ryan analyzed the axe and Eric came in. Eric came to an important conclusion and didn't said a word to Ryan, he just left.
There was no tension, only meanness. :(

for comparision:
The scene in 'nailed' was pure tension and hot. I mean the scene where they met in the hallway at the beginning of the episode.
That's only MY opinion.... ;)
