Bubbler...I know what it means but I never say it anymore. :lol: Same as "pop" for soda...do not use that term much anymore either.
I mostly get made fun of the way I just say Wisconsin, which I tell people is ridiculous. Seeing as I am from the state, I am saying it the correct way and they are not. :lol:
 
Where exactly is Winsconsin? hmmmm is it a small town or something? I'm sorry for my ignorance. Ugh I'm from london, have heard of the state? town?? but thats about it lol.. Sorry..

I love american accents, yeah after watching Eric's interview yeah i can tell a slight change of accent. But stlll hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm cough lovely.
 
Wisconsin is a state in the US, Milwaukee is a city in that state where Eric is from. It's in the north/east area. See for yourself:

Yeah well using "pop" in the South they look at you like you are crazy. :lol:

I've heard experts say that people from the Midwest though actually pronounce words most correctly, so there is some defense of our so called accent. :)
 
Bubbler, we love that word around here. :D There are slight differences in the Wisconsin accent when you travel to different parts of the state. Where I live in we tend to use different pronuncations than people closer to the UP of Michigan.
 
Eric just seemed so shy to me, the way he kept looking away from the camera as he was speaking. The man is beyond adorable!!

About his accent, and all the accents, I am not from the USA or any english speaking country, so I have no idea :rolleyes: I can't even speak english properly :lol: I like Eric's though. I generally don't have a problem with any USA accent, anyway.

It took me several months to realize that the people in San Diego had NO clue what a bubbler was. I had to train myself to ask for a water fountain. Then when I moved back to Milwaukee, I had to train myself to say bubbler.

Yeah, the farther north in Wisconsin you go, the more "Fargo" the accent gets. :devil:

As for "pop", we actually don't say that in Milwaukee. It's "soda" here. But you go up north? They look at you strange if you ask for a soda.

I was wondering that too. Maybe it closed down.

I have a horrible feeling that we're not going to see Greg as much this new season as the year before. There's hardly been a mention of him in any of the spoilers. Makes me sad, mad and just plain irritable.
 
It sounds a bit like S5 and S6 when he was doing some work, then some days didn't show up at all, and the ones where he'd randomly show up in the middle and work till the end. Hard to know where he'll pop up next.

about ESW. It's coming back. I asked on livejournal why it didn't work and there was something with the server, so she had to fixed it. And hoped that it's back before CSI begins....

As someone who has posted several spoilers about Greg in the spoiler thread this is really not the case. So far spoilers have been posted for the first 7 episodes and Greg is mentioned in all but two (5 & 6). Want details let me know.
