The looks alone are enough to say there is something deeper going on with them. If the writers didn't want us to think so then they wouldn't let Adam and Emily play around with the characters the way they do :D Those pics alone show how much, just in eye contact and smiles, they want to jump each others bones :lol:

I agree Ali, I really hope Horatio doesn't steal all the possible worried Calleigh scenes that we could potentially get in this ep. I know Horatio is the main star but much he steal what sooo obviously is/should be a Calleigh scene?

These writers need to give her something more constructive to do long term. I mean they gave it to Eric with his sister and this storyline, they gave one to Ryan with his eye but everything they tend to give Calleigh is over and done with by the end of the ep (with the exception of her father) Ok so they drug out the Hagen storyline as far as it being the reason she left ballistics but in my opinion that was a little blah for her in the end.

You'll have to forgive me for being so slow, but i just got the Hip Huggers name. I just assumed (you know where that gets us) that someone had said something and the name had come out of that and then i was reading this thread and someone mentioned the Hip Hugging scene and another person has it as their siggy and my brain kinda clicked and i went "OH!"

And then i felt dumb.

Okie, i've probably asked for this already, but can someone list off the significant eps for Hip Huggers?

The pics on this thread are. . .what words to use. . . undescribably smexy. ;) They have so much chemistry.

Btw, CSI_Ali, your comment about Horatio streaking through the lab was absolutely hilarious! (Snicker: smitten Kitten.)

Personally, I don't mind the constant GSR references. (we may have stopped discussing this. I only got to page 5 and i have to go soon.) See, us GSR shippers waited six seasons and got the most awesomest pay-off ever. (Okay, a kiss or some wild monkey sex would've been better, but not much.) So, hopefully, all we Hip Hugger shippers have to do is be patient and we will get a great payoff too! (Sorry i mentioned another ship. I know we're not 'sposed to.)

I got to go look at the icon thread and then go away, so i will see you all later!

Yeah hopefully 6 is the lucky number. And at least you understand the name now. At first I had no idea where they got the word HipHugger from, but then it hit me too.

I'm glad somebody enjoyed it, but I'm still not sure giving myself that mental image was the best idea. :lol:

As for Hip Huggers episodes, you'll have to forgive me, but I just woke up and my brain isn't functioning at the moment. Here's the only ones that come to mind at the moment:

'Wet Foot/Dry Foot' for the 'midnight tiptoe' scene, 'Simple Man' for the Hip Hug, 'Whacked' for the trust line and all of 'Death Grip'. I'll post a more complete list later, but there's some great stuff in those in mentioned. :)

The GSR comparisions cropped up because Corey Miller kept mentioning them in his emails. But like I said before, being compared to the only canon ship can't be a bad thing. It's nice to know the pay-offs actually going to be worth it, sometimes watching Miami makes me feel like giving up :( (*slaps Donahue*). Seriously, I hate watching the show sometimes. But then they flash an E/C scene in my face and I come crawling back begging for more. Why do they torture us so?

Heh, those are from 'Collision'. Even when they only get the tiniest of scenes together, the chemistry is flying all over the place. :D

So who's watching tonight?

I mean, hey, last time I tried to talk myself out of watching, we got hot stuff. :D

I'd love to see Calleigh get an ominous feeling, you know? Like she knows something's funny with Eric, but that nagging feeling is the only thing she feels and it won't go away and it just eats at her until she finds out what it is. She's so in tune with him anyway; she's got to know something's wrong the very minute things turn for the worst. They just have that connection. :D

I'm really anxious too, but what's worse for me is that I won't even get to see it! I'll be relying on you guys to keep me updated.

I love that idea, Jess. I do think Calleigh and Eric definately have that kind of connection where she might get those kind of feelings. I had a thought, what if Calleigh tries to warn Eric about going to wherever it is he gets shot? Not necessarily because she has a bad feeling, but because she knows Clavo Cruz is about and how dangerous he is. Either that, or if Calleigh was originally the one supposed to go and Eric offered to take her place. Can you imagine how she'd feel if either of those happened? Guilty Calleigh would rock; either way Emily would kick the crap out of those emotions. :D

I'm just really hoping we get an E/C scene to ease the pain of having to wait a whole week to see if Eric's okay. I don't care what we already know, I need to see it for myself! I also think they need to start having constant interaction if they are to become 'closer than ever' before the season's out. Having them together is vital for continuity too.

I've just got a general bad feeling about this episode. :(

I know we are all hopefull to get an E/C scene tonight but something tells me we are going to have to wait till next week...From my understanding Eric gets shot at the end of the ep so we will have to wait til next week for Calleigh or anyone's, other than H who is with him, reactions to the shooting. "Man Down" opens with Eric being rushed into the hospital and Calleigh and Ryan arriving later so all we are going to see (which totally pisses me off) is Eric getting shot and the 'to be continued' line on the screen.

However, that all being said there is nothing to say that we won't get an E/C scene totally unrelated to the shooting some where in the ep :D

Please don't shoot me for saying what I did above :D I want to live long enough to see the ep :lol:

Hey Ali, please clarify your bad feeling. Do you mean about E/C? About Eric? or just about how the ep is going to go in general?

I think it'd be amusing if we got Protective Calleigh out of this whole situation. I mean, we always know how protective Eric has been over her, with pretty much everything. I'd love to see those roles reversed, you know, with Calleigh's heart beating a little faster every time she doesn't know where Eric is.

Basically I'd just love to see Calleigh take care of him for a while, lol! Surely Eric wouldn't object. ;)

I'd love some protective Calleigh. We've had some before, like in 'Rio' and 'Shattered', but we've never seen her act like that to his face. Really, I just want something out of this episode. Call it a belated b-day pressie from the Miami folk. ;)

It's hard to clarify, something just feels, well, wrong about the whole thing. Not E/C or Eric specifically, just the episode as a whole. God, if I'm feeling like this, I hate to think how poor Calleigh is going to feel. :lol: They better not screw us over with this event, or somebody's going to get and ass whuppin'! *growls at Donaho*

I have a lot of rage at the moment. :devil:

I don't know. I've been pretty calm lately, but I can't wait for the eppy. I hope we have some E/C scenes tonight. It wouldn't ruin anything and I could picture her telling him to be careful.

You know, I'm not going to expect anything over the top because(you can say something is wrong with me all you want) I expect the worst of everything so if it is bad I will say "I knew it," and if it is good I'll be in total shock.

Oh I don't blame you Ali. While I'm excited for the ep I'm really hoping they don't screw it up and piss us off in the end...bc we all know they're known for doing that.

And where I'm coming from is not just from an E/C stand point...I'm talking about everything that has to do with this ep. It looks like it has sooo much potential and the writers have gotten our hopes up before only to watch the ep and be totally disappointed. I guess what I am getting at is I hope the shooting isn't the greatest thing that happens in the ep. We've seen it sooo much in the promos I'm hoping they throw unexpected things at us that weren't shown.

Does that make sense? :)

Yes, hon, you made sense. I agree that not only can they piss us off in an E/C way but in everything else about the eppy. I mean if you screw up the show period, we have no chance period.
