Episode 7x22 - 'Dead on Arrival' ***CONTAINS SPOILERS***

- Natalia starstruck. Cute.
- Ummmm...I would be distracted too. ;)
- Ryan was funny...but kind of mean to tell Valera about the lead. I hope she dosn't give up reading.
- The guy was eally creepy.
- Travers...oooooo loooook at the pretty colors....;)
- I don't know about you but I couldn't have told what kind of pill it was from that distance.

sooooo loved the ending-Horatio holding that girl who'd been hurt as a child-he was always his best in those moments-thank goodness he figured it out since she couldn't yell for help..oh and the show's host was hysterical-he had a blast doing all those 'love'make out sessions in the limo....Glad to see Kyle questioning the good Doctor about her pills-but so stupid to confront her about it...he should have gone running to daddy or uncle Rick IAB! haha

I thought this episode was alot of fun!!

Things I liked.

Natalia got a good amount of screen time and was so cute. Her reaction at finding herself on the set of her favorite reality show was too funny.

Kyle confronting Tara about the pills
You could really see him thinking about his mom and working things out in his head. Well played. That Tara sure can throw a dirty look when she sets her mind to it:devil:

Calleigh telling the host that he could provide comfort to the men in jail
:guffaw:

C/E moment:adore: it was short and sweet but totally adorable.

Horatio comforting the half frozen girl at the end.
I thought H was really sweet.

All in all I liked the episode and cant wait for next week!

I loved tonight's episode!! I seriously thought it would be stupid, but it was really great.

Natalia/Eva is so cute. I love how her character is always...idk, happy. SO glad she got so much in this episode. She brings a brightness to the screen, we need her more... :(

Ryan with Valera... :) That last part about the lead in books....I was like, woah...not the way to charm a girl, Ryan....

LOVE the part with Calleigh and Eric. Even if I wasn't a shipper, I would still smile at that. It was super cute.

UGH when they showed that dude creeping in the window...that was scary. Especially with the night vision stuff. That image is like etched in my brain now. Watch me have a nightmare about that later....Argh.

I liked the end. Ryan pissed off, Horatio does his usual and saves a damsel in distress. I know it happens all the time, but I like it when he saves defenseless females.

YAY Kyle! Good for him for getting the courage to stand up to his boss about the pills. And even take a big step and say they didn't look like Advil.

What exactly did the guy say at the end? About the scars? It gave me an idea for a fanfic...:)

BAAAAAAAA!!!!!! That episode looks so exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm definitely going to buy season 7 on DVD.

I think he said something along the lines that she could change her name a thousand times but his signature will always be there (I think)

I was really hoping that Ryan would shoot him, he needs to shoot someone. He's earned it.

no, Ryan can't do that-he might get into trouble-if only he could say "oh look the guy was reaching for a gun or something" but the guy uses knives so that wouldn't work. But I could tell by the look of disgust on Ryan's face that he sorely wanted to shoot the crazy killer...poor girl, always running from that monster and winding up in a freezer full of ice cubes for her troubles..years of therapy for sure...

I liked the episode. I loved how Natalia was going on about the show when her and Eric were in the limo together. He was just sorta like uh huuuh...

I thought for sure it was going to be the host... not one of the contestants. I'm just glad it wasn't the bachelor, I liked him. Hehehe.

Calleigh being distracted by some guy... Aaw that was a cute scene.

LOVED Valera and Ryan's scene (and usually I could care less). I thought it was funny when he told her about old books, the look on her face. xD

Whoa now, Kyle saw Tara popping a pill! I agree with kljmiami, I could totally see him working out the whole thing with her blaming his mom in his head. I wish Kyle was a tattle tale.

I liked the scene in interrogation with Ryan, Horatio and that bald scary guy (no not Frank). The ending was good too, I thought for just a second that Ryan was going to go off and shoot the guy! He just looked like he reaaally wanted to. And, I am a sucker for hero Horatio. NOT Super H, but the H that saves the damsel in distress. It makes me happy, and you can just tell he cares. ^_^ ... Maybe I just love H... period.

We need more Natalia! I never really liked Nat, but I love Eva! So I'm warming up to Natalia a bit more, we just need her more often.

I'm sooo mad CTV didn't show a promo! :wtf: But a friend told me about it and apparently it looks intense. Hmph. Usually CTV shows BETTER promos than CBS. Oh well, just glad it's new next week.

You could just tell something was not right with that guy (who had been jailed for assault with a deadly weapon and gotten a DUI). I liked how Eric felt so out of the loop because he wasn't watching the reality show.
Grenade in the morgue? Uh oh.

~Ryan is funny, why did he have to burst Valera's bubble about the books
~Kyle saw Tara pop a pill...I wonder if he will tell daddy

Next week:
Looks good! The bomb in the morgue. Eric said boom....(sweetie lets leave that to Flack on CSI: NY, m'kay)

I think Ryan told Valera that cause he was concerned if she reads a lot of books (that is if he was telling the truth). If not, he may have just been teasing her... cause he does that. He teased Dave his first day there... adn teased another lab tech (temp one filling in for Coop I think) too once. It was just Ryan being silly. I think Valera looked like she was trying to figure out if he was just teasing her or if he was telling the truth. Ten bucks says she goes home and googles it.

I wonder about if Kyle will tell H. He's gotta be suspicious with how defensive Tara got.

Hehe... it did sound odd when Eric said "boom". I like how "boom" started out being a catch phrase for Danny on NY but then every other character on the show started to say it too. And now we've got ones in Miami saying also. :guffaw:

But yeah, next week looks intense. Ryan looked like he was so concerned for Kyle when that grenade fell near Kyle. Ryan was ready to go into protective big brother mode. It looked to be like Tara was further across the room than them, but I dunno.

Now my review of this ep:

 Nat kinda grabbed H's arm when she recognized the vic. that was funny. H had no reaction to that though. haha.

H: Reality just became real. YEEEAAAAHHHHH~!

 at Nat pointing out the rainbow on Eric's shirt.

 at Cal's "that's some magic trick."

Neil looks familiar.

Kyle saw Tara pop a pill. His suspicious look mirrors some his dad has made.

Ryan looks hot (as always) and his hair... :sigh: Love it. :D

That one girl saying "what evs" just cracked me up.

I knew she would say she didn't want anyone seeing her cry.

 at Cal telling the host that a lot of guys in prison need comfort and reassurance.

 at Valera's "ew" expression when Ryan said about the host "apparently you have to be on antibiotics to be in the same room with the guy"... and then her expression when Ryan told her about the lead ink. "and they say tv is bad for your health." Ryan is so funny.

"and you're not exactly Mick Jagger." H, good one.

Ryan said "book 'em". :adore:

"A little thing we like to call tresspassing."

C: This is exactly why the remote control was invented.
N: And the pause button.

Syphilitic slut. I'm slow tonight cause I just now figured out what that meant. I thought at first it was just some big word I'd never heard then I thought oh wait... "syphilis"

Loved Michael Travers tonight. He was so funny and adorable. and he was engrossed in the "light show". :guffaw: Loved Natalia going "and you're not listening to a word I'm saying" haha. Loved how he kept getting pulled into his work and tuning Natalia out and her having to constantly get his attention. "You just broke the case" Without even looking up at her, he says, "I did what now?" I :adore: you, Michael. :D

Cal: Congratulations, you just landed the role of a lifetime.

Ryan looks like he really wants to shoot that creepy dude.

- I don't know about you but I couldn't have told what kind of pill it was from that distance.

I think Kyle just realized she was being sneaky about it and was just pressing her for more info... or seeing how she'd react cause if he she got defensive, he'd have reason to believe that she might be doing something she wasn't supposed to be doing. Seems Kyle has daddy's instincts.

BTW, I just loved Natalia being starstruck. That was just cute and funny.

I liked the scene in interrogation with Ryan, Horatio and that bald scary guy (no not Frank).

:guffaw: That made me laugh so hard.

My review of the episode will probably be pretty brief but here goes!

Absolutely adored this one -- Corey Miller certainly did a wonderful job. :) I'm really going to miss him being a writer for the show.

Lots of humour tonight! I actually laughed out loud at some things and I just had an overall good time watching it and trying to figure out who the killer was. Also, the 'Case B' (if you will) with the girl who was cut was a nice way to fill out the end of the episode.

Really loved Horatio. To me, he started to show some qualities that I fell in love with in the first few seasons (protective, passionate about the case, taking time out to listen, etc.) so it was a real treat.

All of the guest actors did a fantastic job -- especially the stabber. :p He was a real winner huh?

Overall, great job.

That was what I liked the most about this episode. Hope he continues in that direction.

My thoughts on this latest episode:

This was the Horatio that originally got me hooked on this show! He was the handsome hero concerned about people and I loved his scenes with the girl. Geez, what a cruel thing that molester guy did by putting her in that container of ice. And it was weird, too, because when Ryan was holding that guy at gunpoint, I started to think that Ryan might shoot the guy, while H was rescuing the girl.

Wow, did Ryan look good in that pink T-shirt!
Wow, did H look good in this ep!

I liked Natalia's green eye shadow. And she also looked good in her pretty, yet professional clothes. Nat has such a great personality, and I think it's because Eva does, and this comes through in her portrayal of Nat.

Valera looked good. It's always good to see her. She looks good in brown hair like that.

Count me in as another one who loves the British lab guy. I hope he stays, too. He's amusing and a cutie.

I loved Calleigh's slashy dialog with the producer of the reality show when after he told her that the woman contestants were nervous and needed comforting and he gave that to them, Calleigh said that the guys were nervous, and that they needed comforting, too. That was great.

I thought the brief E/C ship scene was well done and cute, even though I'm not an E/C shipper.

Also, I've gotten to where I just love Kyle. When he first came on the show, I liked him. Then he started to get on my nerves with all the squinting and whining that he seemed to be doing. But ever since he has started to work at the morgue, I've started to like him more each time I see him in an ep. His scenes with Tara in the morgue was great. He's concerned about her just like his dad would be. And very observant like dad, too.

Great job, Corey, if you're reading this.

She's so funny as well as Calleigh interrogating Miles.

Not to mention the cute EC scene, faints

I'll come back later but now I'm gonna watch again!

I loved this episode! It was pretty funny and had a lot of great moments.

What I liked:

--Finally, lots of Natalia!

--Ryan (where do I begin?)

A tight pink t-shirt and a drawn gun (yowza:drool:)

Some of the best one liners of the night "...let's get to you perving out in front of Grace's window" followed closely by the antibiotics comment to Valera.

Interaction with Valera. Laughed out load when he made his lead in the ink comment. Ryan has a very subtle sense of humor.

Working with Natalia. They work so well together, that I wouldn't mind them together all the time. Loved his catfight in bikinis comment.

Working with H and holding his gun on the creepy psycho bald guy.

--Mike Travers!

--Diedrick Bader. When he told those girls they were marriage material and to pack their bags, I had to chuckle. He plays slimy well.

--Kyle trying to read the xray and confronting Tara. He's pretty smart and now she knows it.

--H saving the woman in the cooler. Love the caring H.

All in all, a light episode. Now back to the intensity and action!
